definitely neji.. maybe sasuke would have some chances.. but neji was like the beast. i think we should see him get some powerup now in manga... on the other hand it was good the way it was. he's one of those characters that have not been overpowered, and are able to fight like ninjas. Gotta love the forgotten neji... one of those remaining cool ninjas..

You say neji because of his defences and and his blocking chakra jutsu. But sasuke can break his defences with chidori and has skills of taijutsu like lee(Speedy). I would say it's draw or sasuke.

Toughie here, I'd say Neji, barely. Sasuke may have had Lee's base speed w/o weights, but against Gaara he couldn't maintain that speed for long.
