Suiton ? Mizu Yoroi no Jutsu [Water Release ? Water Armor Skill] to protect against the water pillar and then i use kage bunshin for 3 clones and use:

Description: The user will create a sworm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents abd swril around them causing confusion.The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.

ill use kaiten to block your petals.... since your in a armour of water ill relase the pillar into rain drops.

i use Raiton Ribon Tegotea no jutsu (Ribbon effect)

the electricty travels through the rain and is even more amplified when its hit by your armour....

okay then as it comes back towards me i use taiteru kaiten (rotation tackle) onto you.

i use [Suiton] + [Fuuton] Gufuu Suika no Jutsu - Typhoon Water Vortex Technique

u are trapped in the vortex and i amplify the water inside the tonado by using Raiton Rakyuu (Thunderball)

the vortex and thunderball are reflected back at u because my jutsus in the description last for two turns.......so now uve trapped ur self.....

now u shocked urself by using the lightning armor in the same turn as the water armor............ok yea ill move now, ur hurt by that and u never dodged my Suiton Hachi Shokusho(Eight tentacles technique) as shown above...now i use :

The user throws an exploseive kunai at there targte and he mist spreads thrw the air.This jutsu cause he opponent to be hit buy attacks even thouhg they think they dodged it or countered it.This effect lasts for 2 turns.

(Kawarimi no Jutsu)-Change of Body Stance Technique to dissappear and avoid the attack then i use:
Suiton Hachi Shokusho(Eight tentacles technique) to catch u
