Neji vs Haku

Ok i was just reading in the thread about people who Haku are stronger than
And somehow Neji becamed a facter

Neji is like Hakus weakness to tell you the truth

Crystal ice mirrors would be ineffective due to rotation and Byakugan
Especially cause of the field of vision and Neji's obvious high level reflexes

Taijutsu wise he surpases Haku
As Naruto Cloaked easily knocked him side ways
And Neji actually could beat a Cloaked Naruto as seen during the chunin exam finals
Naruto had to play possum to win against him
Btw part 1 Neji known as the strongest of the Konoha 11 during the time

I hate to see characters like Neji get downgraded after all the talk
And later seem only mediocore

well i don't disagrre haku can't beat neji but still haku would have a chance, haku does have more then the 4 jutsus we've seen, he also has wind and water style as well as ice jutsus i'm sure elemental jutsu is stronger then normal chakra so for all we know one of hakus wind or water attacks would destroy the rotataion.

but as i have not much proof besides kakashi stateing it was wind and water for ice i still say neji is stronger then haku.

and also haku was introdudced early in the manga so of corse he's one of teh weakest chars in it, in every manga the bad guys only get stronger. neji wins mid to hard diff

Neji will win but not easily. The reason he has such a good chance of winning is b/c he has byakugan. Allowing him to see all around him. Plus he is also fast, giving Haku a hard time.
-What Haku did to Naruto and Sasuke wouldn't work. Plus Neji can most likely destroy those mirrors with a rotation or air palm.
-You can't count out Haku though after all he is a Hunt-nin of the mist and that Ice KG is powerful
