As you Guys probably know, I am a Huge Neji Hard Dying Fanboy and I'm looking for Someone Who's Capable of Drawing Neji Phoenix Mode who has the experience of Photoshop High Defination Digital Quality.
I want him to Spread his arm and wings as you've probably seen in The Cover Page, but I want it Front View Neji.
His power is emerged , and I want his wings to be as much detailed as possible and some textures would be nice.
