You should probably restrict Amaterasu. The only one who even has a chance of dodging it is Lee in his 6th Gate, and even then, I doubt he can.

Amaterasu one shots all except Neji(Highly doubt Lee has what it takes to dodge it). Susanoo kills Neji afterwards. Restrict it and we have a fair fight.

This being said assuming Amaterasu comes out before Sawarabi no Mai. If it comes out before Amaterasu, Sasuke dies.

Ok but he'll still land on it if he doesn't resort to his hawk. Kimmimaro can become one with the bones so he won't be seeing Kimmi. Shooting him after it won't be happening unless he cuts them one after the other.

Pretty sure Susanoo and his hawk would be very vital for this.
