Neji Kage Lvl Speculation

I know im late with this, but why didnt Neji have a few words to share in this new chapter?

A few others before me have brought this up, however they were seemed to be ingnored -_-

Anyway does anyone remember when "That Guy" came on NB claming that he used to be apart of Masashi Kishimoto's Manga Team or something?

Well i remember someone asking if Neji was gonna appear with a fight or something to show if he's grown in strength.

"Kishi Guy" Said something like. "Kishimoto has noticed that Neji doesnt appear much , and that we will all see soon that Neji is indeed on Kage Level".

I take this rumor with a grain of salt seeing how it wouldn't make sense to make "only" Neji stand out of the rest of the Konoha 11.

Its all about naruto and sasuke's growth nowadays we really dont pay attention to the rest of them. I believe neji has probably gotten way stronger idk about kage level probably one level below kage level. Saying he is on kage level would put him right up there with kakashi

I was a big fan of his at the chunnin exams - he was supposed to be a genius along with Sasuke. But then, Kishi trolled him (and the Byakugan might I add) and he's just seen as any other sh*t shinobi. He needs to be made the leader of the Hyuga clan and we need to see him unlock some new byakugan abilities because I think he should be at least Akatsuki level. Some people may think i'm pushing it but I don't care....he was supposed to be an equal genius with Sasuke FFS....U_U

Was a big fan of neji in part 1, but since he has rarely been shown ive lost most of my interest. Still one of my favourite characters though. I think he is high jonin level and if i had to stretch low kage level

As for main topic, I would like to see Neji get more involved in the story, hes always been strong, and im sure by now he has some new abilities to show off. so +rep for this thread as well.

Yeah you have a good point. Kishimoto has a way of introducing very interesting characters, but then leaves them on the shelf to gather dust. Its gotten to point where if you get into a dicussion about Naruto, its Sasuke this Naruto that.

I could see this happening with sasuke gloating the entire time on how neji doesn't stand a chance, they fight Neji surprises Sasuke with his strength and ability gets some really good hits in (but still loses and most likely dies an epic death)
Sasuke is in denial that some lesser ninja than him put up so much fight and then goes off to fight Naruto (and then brags about killing Neji)

Neji is one of my favorite characters. Member when kakashi said most jounin has 2 different affinities. i think neji has ying and yang? idk just a thought
