I actually don't see Neji defeating any of them except Kushimaru and that's because of the way he has to kill his opponent effectively, he uses his blade to stab, trying to stab Neji up close is like running into Lee's fist. It's not gonna be good. But everyone else has too much destructive power IMO. Rotation won't keep Neji safe for much against any of these ninja, if he gets hit with something heavy he is done. And considering he wot be using rotation throughout the whole battle, he will go for an offensive attack(because one simply does not remain in one spot spinning all day) and once he gets close, that's when the blood splatters. Unless he has a way of counter.

Pretty sure Hiramekarei, Samehada, and Kabutowari could break his defense, rotation won't be doing THAT much but blocking the less destructive blades. Shibuki may be a problem for his defense too.

non of them is as skilled in cqc as a genius from the clan with the best taijutsu style. he can strike 64 times in few secs and he can evade their offence. m sure he can even snatch their swords.

Neji beats everybody. But Zabuza could win w/ all his combined feats, as clones & big suitons actually have a chance to break down nejis defense.
