The Sharingan is Hax, so was the Ranningan. I seriously doubt Saskue can beat Pain. I'm saying if you take Base Saskue (never having the Sharingan) vs Ten Ten (born with the sharingan) Ten Ten would pawn him.

Base Sasuke wouldn't be that fast considering he learned his speed from watching rock lee with the sharingan.

I don't think it's fair to handicap Sasuke so much. Anyway, I see a 50-50 potential, since even in base form, Sasuke was the most powerful genin. Sakura on the other hand, could heal him up, and put a rather good battle... so, yeah 50/50.

Yeah thank you, but like I said nejji will not get close to sauske ,sauske isn't stupid and he knows how neji fights. I HIGHLY doubt it would get that far for him anyway. Neji+sakura+ hinata is still far below itachi and itachi is the only person sauske thought it was needed to use kirin, and if it hit itachi, why won't it hit neji ?

sakura is no help to sasuke because without chakra she has no strength and can heal she also only has close distance she would be finished easy then hyuuga's would jump sasuke and close his chakra pts. also they rotate his ration and bombard him with air palms. bad match up

Actually, restricting the sharingan is unecessary.

Both Neji and Hinata have byakugan which will be able to tell when either of them is in a genjutsu. Therefore, genjutsu wouldn't be very effective as they will always see it coming and be able to counter it with their perfect chakra control.
