Neji/Hiashi vs Tsunade

Her natural strength was great enough to lift and swing Gamabunta's sword. So if she hits Neji/ Hiashi, she most likely breaks a few bones in their bodies.

And stating she can't land a hit is nothing but ridiculous.

She used CES. Naruto was able to focus chakra in his legs (not just feet) to increase his speed. This is also back when he had the Gogyō Fuin on, effectively giving him the worst chakra control to ever be seen in the manga.

Which is when rotation comes in. If ANY hits were to get through to Neji,(which I doubt slightly considering his great speed, reflexes, and taijutsu prowess) His rotation could be able to knock her back, giving him an opening to strike while she's down.

I'd go as far as to say that she wouldn't hit him at all. Though I disgree with the Kaiten point.

If her CES punch were to connect with Kaiten it would definately break through, but the spinning chakra would be smashing against the side of her arm and redirect the blow. This is actually adventurous as Neji would recover faster and be able to land Jyuuken attacks or strikes on the Tenketsu.

And you also know that I think there are certain other Ninjas that beat Neji in CQC :yeah:

Ok, then I'll use your logic:

Tsunade has perfect chakra control.
She can boost her speed.

= Neji can't hit her.

Anyone could probably sink in a few inches into the dome when moving as fast as possible using as much power as they can muster, but the rotation itself will still repel them unless they are using some extreme speed and power coupled with either a drilling force or a penetration force.

The only people who could do this would be the third raikage with his speed/power/nuke jutsu and Kiba's/Akamaru's Wolf fang over fang. By itself, brute force will not be enough to "break" all the way through the rotating chakra to the user.

I also think that there are a few ninjas who could beat him in CQC too:
ex: Guy, Hiashi, Lee(maybe), Kimmimaro(maybe), Third/Fourth raikage

BTW These are just off the top of my head.

I don't believe people are still debating on this.
It would be kinda awkward that a weak jounin can beat the Hokage. Neji can't even beat Asuma, let alone a LEGENDARY ninja like Tsunade.

Bro dont even bother explaining to fan boys of Neji u would just be waisting your time.There opinions would not change and neither would yours. But you are absolutely right there is no way in hell, Neji could defeat the legendary sannin and with confidence I can say kishi won't even allow it due to the fact that it would be disrespectful on her behalf as a hokage. She is one of the strongest shinobi in the village along side kakashi and Naruto and also the strongest female Kunochi.
