it upsets me to see how little time kishi is spending developing the old characters. there were so much potentials for great story lines, specially with edo Hizashi, In the battle between Hizashi and Hiashi, Hizashi could have won because he was more skilled than his brother and he was an edo. And then Neji faces off against his father and manages to defeat him. So by witnessing his son's growth, Hizashi gets freed from his edo tensai and rests in peace. It would also bring credibility to hyuuga storyline-despite being born in the branch family, Neji still surpasses the main house. Just what Hizashi wanted before his death.
Now that would have been a fitting ending to the hyuuga clan storyline. But kishi just overlooks/ignores it and spends all his time and efforts into making the Uchiha look more and more badass.
Well Neji is one of my favorite char but I hate to say that Byakugan & Hyuuga are doomed to be forgotten obviously Kishi does not like them & have done a good job in degrading them. And guess Kishi is a racist at least to the Chinese what I mean is Hyuuga is somewhat more of Chinese culture & Uchihas are more of Japanese. And if you study these 2 countries they have a bad trail of history w/ each other. Sorry to brought this up I just got a feeling that's the way Kishi expressing his hate to them...Hyuugas didn't even get any important role at all in the current season except for being w/ the canon fodders even Chouji got better screen time.
i think that Kishi is concentrate on Uchiha , Uzumaki and Senju clans the other clans are on the 2nd plan
The way I see it is it's just all about the Uchihas (Even Senju barely have any screen time) And all unfair exaggerated jutsu belong to Uchihas not to mention some if not most script favors them: one good example
Ao said Sasuke killed Haku & Zabusa well it's a COMPLETE LIE well in fact Sasuke's the one who got seemingly killed & Naruto's the one who beat Haku. I don't know if this is just a translation error . I searched other scanlation the scripts were not the same but points out the same exact idea that Sasuke killed them.

I agree, It upsets me how the Senju and Uchiha are being made out to be the best clans ever and the rest are just left in the dust. Not to mention how the byakugan and hyuuga have been treated in part 1 compared to shippuden
The others were nothing now or should I say it's more like Kishi used the other char to magnify the Uchiha as all of them are just useless/worthless/powerless cannon fodders to Uchihas.
And now it's taking its toll to the quality of the manga... Kishi just add another filler of a flash back coz he's having hard time sorting out his story it's full of shit now.
