Neji can beat Sasuke

ha an interesting one, i never thought anyone will still stand for neji even against sasuke. I support Neji. Neji is an adept Byakugan User that i fink will surpass Hiashi, Sasuke is well very skilled and has surpassed expectation, but still a little overrated.

Susanoo is about the strongest ems ability and the only threat to neji, cut his other techniques out cos they are inferior to jyuuken. Susanoo as we all know is not an absolute technique and (please refute me if u think i am wrong) slows down the user since it anchors the user to the ground and other reasons, i think mountain crusher (anime)will do a considerable deal to susasnoo, who has ever thought of what will happen if susanoo charkra hit susanoo, that will happen when Sasuke fires the tomoe like disc covered with amateratsu on neji........

Now that Sasuke has EMS, he can hold up susanoo for longer and his other eye techniques use less chakra. I agree with many of your points, though susanoo is an absolute defensive technique in his complete form, and Neji will have a very hard time getting through.

Gentle fiat can destroy chakra based substances not pure chakra like susano'o. With this being said it means that all sasukes attacks can not be blocked by gentle fist. And when in a fist to fist fight, Sasuke will win because his sharingan allows him to see through attacks and a byakugan not.

i think byakugan can read movements in a different way like the movement of chakra in someones body

I know I agree with you if they had an uzumaki life force they could probably preform a rotation on a much larger scale. However they are not so they can't that is just how it is.

But, in order to make the technique LARGER - shinra tensei - it requires a larger exurtion of chakra that would as you stated-kill the user.
In actuality, the chakra that is used to project a larger rotation spand would 'weaken' the further it got away from the user - and therefore be unable to make a major standpoint against ameratsu at that distance for an extended period of time.
ie. ameratsu - the flame that never extinguishes - would hit the rotation (Even a larger one) and still be there to destroy neji after that/break through.
In addition - the amount of chakra needed for neji to maintain this and enact this larger and more powerful rotation would kill him,

no no no, Rotation on a larger scale doesnt necessarily mean it will be weaker, hiashi used it to eliminate 20 distant sound ninjas.
and amateratsu is like shooting a fire ball, kiaten is chakra is circular motion, so it repels/ hauls the flames away, he might not need quick reflects since he can see when a technique is to be executed. shinra - rotation basic function.

Rotation doesn't weaken the larger you make. In order to make it large, it would require more chakra, but that wouldn't make it less powerful. The actual spinning motion is what really makes it strong, since without the spinning, it loses its repulsive ability. If more chakra is expelled, then the dome simply becomes larger, though it doesn't lose its repulsive force due to the rotation. The increased ejection of chakra also creates more outward thrust to create an even stronger repulsive force. Coupled with the centrifugal force of the rotation, it actually becomes stronger the bigger you make it. Therefore, my theory is very plausible considering that it doesn't weaken with the increase in size.

If amaterau were to hit the dome, it would start burning away the chakra on top of it, but as soon as the source diminishes, it will do one of two things:

1)It will fall harmlessly to the ground
or
2)It will completely dissipate since it no longer has a source with to fuel it

The first one, however, is most likely since it has the hype that it can never be "extinguished".

It wouldn't ever reach Neji unless Sasuke purposefull controlled it, because it has no will of its own and wouldn't be able to consciously move towards him in any way.

2)It requires Pain to sever his control on other paths, leaving them vulnerable for attack
3)It shortens his lifespan
4)It requires a great amount of time to use it again.

Rotation uses a considerable amount of chakra, but that is according to the size and power of the dome, which can be actively controlled by the user. Neji and Hiashi have both used rotation many times on several occasions and never fatigued after just one use. In fact, they have to use it many times before they become considerably fatigued.

The rotation has no recovery time since it just uses the users chakra, and is a continuous defense, unlike shinra tensei, which lasts for a moment and requires 5 seconds to use again.

Your suggesting that Rotation users can reach unlimited speeds, and have an unlimited chakra to constantly oppose ameratsu and reach the power of shinra tensei - which would eat away at the chakra as you said. But this spin cannot be maintained for an endles amount - whilst ameratsu seems to last a much longer time. If it did fall to the ground, it would hardly be 'harmless' and sasuke can still control those flames as well as summon more. Also im not exactly sure how chakra being expended at a larger rate in order to expand the rotation's reach would make it stronger, it might be the same as before the extra chakra use - but expends too much chakra and is not sustainable.

in regards to your comparison between shinra tensei and rotation, you are completely overestimating the span and power of the rotation technique. Rotation is meant to supplement the small blindspot that the byakugan has, and act as a general defence. Its not unbreakable. It also does not effect the ground underneath (and possibly even leaves a spot open above the user).

Rotation is hardly a 'spammable' technique - it uses every chakra point in the body to release chakra while rotating - draining physical and chakra energy. It takes time to initiate and wears the user consistantly - getting back to my point of you assuming neji etc have unlimited charka...etc.

Shinra Tensei on the other hand has been used by pein within succession - which seems to totally disregard any form of chakra limitation. The 5 second limititation - although a weakness, is not totally justifyable as the one means to success against an ameratsu - if 'spamming' ameratsu, sasuke could take anyone out.

Sasuke vs Neji

They are both genious', they analyse everything consistently.

Sasuke has use of Genjutsu, and ninjutsu which is way more powerful than Neji's and any lack of power in taijutsu is accomodated for within susano'o.

You also seem to be forgetting that Rotation is a DEFENCE ninjutsu - although possibly used for offence - the abilities that Neji use are totally outscaled by Sasuke's abilities - primarily susano'o.
are you forgetting that sasuke has 'sasuno'o arrow' ?
He doesnt need to get near Neji to fight him - nor does Neji have anyway of using his chakra targetting taijutsu through susano'o and any long distance format.
