Actually, gentle fist can hurt anyone, even the third raikage, but he's just too fast for them to keep up with. You just cant physically tank gentle fist because of the way they attack, which is right through the skin and into the organs unlike rasenshuriken which does it as well, but not like the gentle fist because it has to force its way through the lightning armor and his skin to do damage(not that its hard at all to do so) but doesn't do enough damage to keep him down.

Plus a normal rotation against him would be practically useless. Only Hiashi's version could protect him, and even then he couldnt keep it up forever.

No, but the 3rd Raikage is not a normal person. The reason why gentle fist is so deadly is because no matter how strong you are physically, you just can't resist it unlike regular taijutsu because one can not train their internal organs like they can their external body. The 3rd Raikage is different because his internal organs aren't soft and easy to damage or else Shukaku would have sent the Hyuga clan to fight against him as they'd be a perfect counter to his abilities but face it, he is one of the only people who can tank gentle fist.

The 3rd Raikage isn't fast enough for either Hyuga to get blitzed, they can keep up with him just fine. Still they won't land a hit on him, or at least, won't land enough hits against him to nullify lightning armour.

You are kind of contradicting yourself saying tat no one can train their organs but that raikage's organs are stronger than everyone elses. His strong SKIN and MUSCLES are what make him so strong, not his internals being strong. They are physiologically not made to be strong. That's what, bones, muscles and skin are there for, to PROTECT the vulnerable organs beneath. The Hyuugas were in a different area fighting which is why they weren't sent on, plus, none of them would be able to compete his speed.

There are no exceptions to anyone faced with the gentle fist. If a direct hit lands, it WILL do some damage, no matter how hard their muscles and skin are.

And yes the raikage could just blitz them. Neji would die cause his rotation is not strong enough, but Hiashi would probably survive until his chakra is depleted trying to defend himself.
