The Hyuugas: Neji and Hiashi know that the scar was the "shame of his life" and that he was known as the "strongest spear and shield" within his village.

3rd Raikage: The Raikage knows that the Hyuuga are taijutsu specialists

How so? He's not fast enough to blitz them. On top of that his Taijutsu skill is inferior, if they get into a pinch then they can use rotation or Hakke Koushou.

Gentle fist is also a good counter for him, you can't strengthen organs.

Kept up with a non-Shunshin speed and was still out manuevered. His speed is around V1 A's.

Actually, believe it or not, the third raikage I believe is the only person who can break all the way through a regular sized rotation on speed/power/piercing strength alone, something that usually is not possible with any single type of those attacks. (and just to let you know in case you don't already, I am a HARDCORE defender of the power of rotation. I don't usually say rotation would lose to anything unless I really meant it.)

Because of this, by feats alone, Neji by himself has lost his greatest defense. Hiashi himself has a far greater and more powerful rotation so he is likely much more safe on his own. Anyways, they could both try to hit his body, but it is far more certain that the raikage will land a hit on the Hyuugas rather than them landing a hit on him due to his incredible speed. The Hyuuga's can only keep up with so much, and even then the raikage could simply outlast them with his superior chakra reserves.

None of those have anything to do with Raiton No Yoroi except the first one, and it doesn't discredit the previous statment. Sasuke, Ohnoki, Bee, and Naruto have all touched Raikage while he was using it and wern't electrocuted, or even damaged in such a way.

Only powerful drilling forces that can counteract the spinning chakra can pierce a rotation and also any supermassive attack that can cause the chakra to collapse under the weight could break it. The size and strength needed to break it is determined by how powerful the rotation.

As for your list (this is for the regular rotation):

Bijudama (And Variants) - No This classifies as a supermassive attack that could literally crush the user under a massive amount of exploding chakra

PS Slash - No, this is also classified as a supermassive attack as well

Shinra Tensei (And Variants) - it could only counter the smaller varients of it. The large variant of it is considered a supermassive attack

Shinsuusenju Barrage - Again, another supermassive attack

Rasengan (And Variants) - it can defend against only the smaller variant of rasengan because rasengan is a drilling typoe force that also uses very dense and rotating chakra that could counteract the rotation of chakra in rotation.

Asajaku - Yes, rotation is capable of defending against virtually all taijutsu attacks

Hirudora - This one is a bit more tricky considering the area of effect and the devastation it can cause, but rotation should be able to at least protect the user from being insta-killed with maybe some minor injuries to their person.

Raikiri - No, raikiri by itself is not capable of counteracting the rotating chakra the will eventually force the jutsu aside after sinking in maybe a few inches.

Sakura's CE Hyakugo Punch - No, this attack is not capable of breaking through rotation. Her arm will simply be forced aside, completely deflecting the blow, leaving the user unharmed.

Kirin - This attack is classified as a supermassive attack

Toad Blade Slash - If it is a simple slash, the user is more likely to survive as the blade will probably go most of the way through due to the mass and power, but the attack being too linear will keep the blade from harming the user.

naruto was hit very briefly. bee and sasuke have lightning nature and thus natural resistance to it. onoki has 3 other elemental natures plus wasnt in a battle with A. we know A can flow paralysing lightning chakra through substances. that should include a human being

Off screen, it could have been a Jutsu. In every instance we see someone touching any one with Raiton no Yoroi they dont have any adverse affect becuase of it. Your statment is utterly baseless.

Not sure if gentle fist will destroy the chakra network of a guy who tanked an attack (FRS) which can severe one'ss chakra network. After all, his inner organs are hard as metal whereas regular humans have soft organs which is why, gentle-fist's deadliness doesn't apply to him. Also lightning armour will allow him to stop the insertion of chakra into his body.

Anyway the hell stab should have enough speed and penetration power to cut through rotation and he is fast enough to outmanoeuvre these two completely.

Actually, gentle fist can hurt anyone, even the third raikage, but he's just too fast for them to keep up with. You just cant physically tank gentle fist because of the way they attack, which is right through the skin and into the organs unlike rasenshuriken which does it as well, but not like the gentle fist because it has to force its way through the lightning armor and his skin to do damage(not that its hard at all to do so) but doesn't do enough damage to keep him down.

Plus a normal rotation against him would be practically useless. Only Hiashi's version could protect him, and even then he couldnt keep it up forever.
