Soon after its creation, the violent maelstrom begins flooding the opponent's lungs with air as he's trashed about underwater, the watery antilion keeping him from escaping due to its devastating pull.
Not ceasing his attack, the moment Giovanni is neck-deep in the murky ocean, Kakuzu nonchalantly swings his arm to cause water particles in the air above his opponent to condense into a dense cloud which lets forth a barrage of powerful bullets which deal major concussive damage to the white-haired man as they strike into his head.*
