I do the handseals while gathering wind chakra, I channel it into my lungs and exhale blowing the slashing whirlwind at some near by tree's leaving some light cuts on them.

i gather my chakra and send into my lungs and blow the air sphere out however its not as strong as i want so i try a few more times. each time i try it gets stronger eventully i think its strong enough.

Gather wind chakra, and release it around you, and manipulate the air into a whirling vortex of wind, use more chakra and increase its speed, and make the winds sharper.
