Now with this part of the technique I want you to draw out chakra into one hand and once you drown out a certain amount of visible chakra, simply apply lightning to it which will be held in the chakra which prevents lightning from going out of control and not shot everywhere

I put out one of my hands and focusing, I send chakra into it, turning it into raiton chakra as I go. I then drown out the visible chakra and control it so lightning would not go out of. control..
This one is confusing....

First you draw out normal chakra as a way to hold the lightning together then you draw out lightning into the chakra which will bind and keep the lightning stable on to your hands

Without the normal chakra, you would just simply shoot out a ball of lightning and with the chakra there would be something to keep the lightning in place and from being shot off

K...I hold out my hand and then send my chakra into it...once I have added a significant amount of chakra into it, I then add raiton chakra into it, making sure to keep my chakra steady and flowing. I stabilize my raiton chakra to keep a hold on my chakra and shape it till it's steady

Now try it once more but this time apply the same concept upon your entire body

Eh? O_O lol
I concentrate and surround my entire body with my own chakra...as soon as the chakra is steady around my entire body, I apply lightning chakra to it, making sure to focus on the shape of the chakra and the control that I apply to it. I focus hard to maintain my raiton chakra around my entire body.

Now try letting off a tad on the chakra to allow the lightning to further expand from your body and apply more lightning to it

All right sensei. I release a tiny bit of raiton chakra and let the chakra expand outwards from my body, but still making sure to apply the right amount of chakra to keep it intact. As it expands further out and spreads, I add more raiton chakra to maintain it and keep it powerful.

Trying using the same method, apply this concept using small amounts of chakra and lightning in attempt to create lightning needles from your hands

Anyhow, to start off this technique, I place my hands in front of me and focus small bursts of chakra into it. As soon as I make that steady, I begin to apply lightning chakra to each of my short bursts. Each time, I maintain it longer and shape it so it becomes sharp and powerful. Once I have maintained it to become needle-like, I release them from my hands...

I create my lightning needles, then focusing to maintain my chakra, I throw a barrage of them towards the tree nearby.

Ok now adding lightning to the sword and have it extend past beyond the sword and able to pierce through things having the chidori effect

I grab the sword and hold it steadily. After doing that, I apply raiton chakra to the blade, making sure to let it flow through the entire blade. I then increase the property of raiton throughout the blade, letting it run past the tip of the sword and continue to stabilize it with raiton as it extends outwards.

Try extending it past to at least twenty feet this time

Hm....
I increase my chaka flow and let it extend further into the air, while adding raiton chakra along the edges of my chakra to maintain a sword-like shape. I control it to make it steady and powerful.
