Doton chakra is the form of earth and can be used with mud-based attacks. It allows the user to create earth forms and go underneath the earth to attack.
Earth can also change the hardness composition of objects, making it harder or softer.

good now try focusing your chakra and then release into the ground to make that medium boulder in the ground rise up by carefully controlling your chakra

Once I feel the boulder with my chakra, I try to lift it up with my chakra.

sorry to interupt the training, but you do not need a sensei for mokuton trianing, at least thats how it was when I was a sensei. Check out this thread and you should be on your way to learning mokuton

I let my chakra flow into the ground slowly. As it winds through the earth, I focus on it to make the earth muddy and slippery. After gaining gravity from the mud slide, I guide it towards your standing clone and try to move it.
