Need help on NNS2

In Ninja Storm 2, I'm doing the missions after beating the game just 'cuz I'm bored. Anyway, I'm having trouble with Ebisu's request where he gives the note with some weird clues. I found the first one where it's at the Hokage Mansion but I'm getting tired of this mission.
