I thought it only halted jutsu which are weaker than it, and you can't see cause of Sasukexlove's mist jutsu. I know your location cause I can sense chakra, and I knew your location from that jutsu. my jutsu is double element, and is S-rank, you can't just use some random electrical jutsu to pwn that jutsu.

Think you guy's missed this, a A-rank lightning jutsu can't block a double element S-rank jutsu.
