Muramasa appears as a tall thin man with pale skin and shaggy, dark brown hair and two bangs dropping and crossing over the bridge of his nose. He has turquoise-colored eyes circled by purple marks similar to his tsuba and the design of his clothes. Probably his most prominent feature are his long fingernails, shown to be much shorter before his long separation from his master. Muramasa wears a long white robe-like coat, somewhat reminiscent of a "fancy lab coat." The collar of the robe is covered with a thick fur, featuring a purple ascot fastened by a ruby brooch. Muramasa wears a wide sash at his waist, decorated by a purple stripe.
Personality:
Muramasa is seen suffering from a strong ailment stemming from the countless strikes he absorbed during his outburst with an old nemasis a few years back and he is slowly being toren apart from the inside, gradually causing various physical effects to his being. In earlier stages his eyes to run tears of blood which later glass over, filled with blood completely. In more extreme cases, he becomes physically sick and weak.

History:

Muramasa does not remember or recall hardly anything of his childhood. He claims to remember bits and pieces of his past as his life carries on, but can never fully remember anything. He only remembers simple things such as laying in grassy fields, or eating food at a table, or talking to someone that appears blank to him in his memories, because he cannot remember who he or she is or was. Though Muramasa has very little memory of his childhood, he can clearly remember his first two years in Konoha Village.
|~ First Year in Konoha ~|
Muramasa was originally born in Kirigakure. Sadly however, he does not remember where he was born, or who even gave birth to him. Everything of Muramasa's past is a mystery to him. However, Muramasa can plainly recall his first years within the walls of Konoha.
Muramasa was brought to Konoha village when he was the age of thirteen (13), during this time Muramasa was completely emotionless and seemed as if he was shell shocked by something. Some people who wanted to be dramatic about it claimed he had "no soul." Though it sounds clearly idiotic, it was not far from the truth at this point in time. Muramasa's entire childhood had been wipped from his memories clean as if nothing that had happened before that day had happened to him. Any form of friendships he had, relati
onships, good and bad memories alike, were completely gone from his mind. The man that had found Muramasa was the Jounin Byakuya of the famed Konoha Hyuuga family. Byakuya took pitty on the boy and took him under his wing as his apprentice and tought him what he could while the boy was still young. Byakuya tought Muramasa to think like Byakuya, talk like him, walk like him, Muramasa was basically a second Byakuya other then for the assigned clothing.Muramasa's choice of clothing has proven to be rather odd to most other ninja, simply because he was so different. Muramasa's personality however, made more people avoid him then anything else about him. He seemed a cold and emotionless type, a blunt speaker, and one who points out that this is a harsh reality. Muramasa refuses to accept himself as anything but perfect. Whenever he fails to complete or finish something, he finds himself lost and forgotten by his own mind. If not for Byakuya's words of wisdom and his lectures, Muramasa would have lost himself ages ago. However, this does not stop him from losing himself later...
|~ Second Year in Konoha ~|
Once his first year in Konoha was through, Muramasa consecrated mainly on finishing any training that me might have forgotten in his past. That, and refreshing his memory with any training that he thought himself forgetting, or getting "rusty" in...
Many years has Muramasa been without his emotional connections, dreams, hopes, of desires. But he began to find himself growing attached to those such as Byakuya, and began to open up more often. Muramasa and Byakuya have spent many years before now, it attempt to regain his memories of his past childhood, and anything else that he might be able to remember. Byakuya, unknowing of Muramasa's past, continued to force the issue, attempting to help him regain all lost memories, experiences, and thoughts. When Muramasa finally regained his memories, he was not the same...
Muramasa had remembered things he thought himself better off without knowing, ever again. Muramasa learned of the slaughter of his family, and what village he truly belongs in. Most of all, Muramasa regained his memories of his clan, the Hōzuki clan, the Hōzuki clan, being a group of ninja that originated from Kirigakure, Muramasa's true home...
Now that Muramasa was aware of this, he quickly took action. Leaving Konoha in the dead of night, to make his way toward Kirigakure, where he hoped to unlock more of his memories, and if possible, learn why he truly exists...
