I think there is some contest you have to win or something. Hell I couldn't tell you, I don't think it's possible though I'm just going by what I've heard.

you can either win a contest or wait for the name-change event, but since rei has been inactive as of late the name-change event won't be for a while.

If you win a contest you may get a change to change your username.
There are username change events but when there is one again is not certain since Rei seems very busy.

Maybe if you ask a mod very gently they can change it for you.

As far as I know only admins can change usernames, correct me if I'm wrong, but they probably won't change it because it wouldn't be fair to all the other members that want to change their name.
