Z2 or the new upcoming nexus 6
Or instead a graphics card ati r9 270 msi and buy a cheap just for sake smartphone built with mediatek.

I have the budget i really want to buy a new smartphone but i also want to play newer pc games on full hd quality.

So what should i do
Smartphone or Pc graphics card?

So you have around 40K?
Check out galaxy alpha
or buy smartphone which are around 10K like Moto G (2nd gen)/Asus Zenfone 5/Sony e3 and you are left with 30k for graphic cards

I would go with Smart Phone. But you should go with whatever you can use more. Meaning in daily time refrence

Lol a smartphone is still a phone will fancy apps.... Buy the fancy video card and turn your PC into beast mode... Save another money and buy the phone later....
