the website "name" in your browser at the top of your screen... for example this is an URL:

The url is the link you know like a website link, I'm not sure why its asking for that unless your posting the pic directly from a website?

If you want to browse it from your computer you will have to go to sites like tinypic.com or imageshack and upload the picture and it will give you a url that you can use to post pictures on websites & forums.

If you already have a url then you can already use it here using
