Description: User uplifts large amounts of earth that is broken up into extremely small bits of rock that is combined into a dust cloud that acts like a storm. It has the same effect as hidden mist except better. The noise caused by the dust scraping against the ground drowns out all other sound, and it blocks off all light so no one can see or hear. Also the moving dust will get into peoples eyes and cause blindness even if they move out of the storm. The user can also manipulate the storm a bit so that it does not harm allies or the user

*starting from long range of you watching ur chakra shift and also her chakra shift her wind is faster than ur earth either way as soon as I see dust coming up from ur end and working the way to my end because chakra would have to start from ur side as soon as a group of dust comes up heading towards me before it can get close or come up far enough to me with the EMS I use

making susanoo instantly come up and as soon as its up it startz sucking everything into another dimension. Sucking it into the gourd and sucking you and ur partner up as well. Stopping the wind dragon by sucking it up stopping the first justsu by sucking all dust up and sucking youll up stopping the hammer from being released.*
Note: This isnt going out the time frame rule cause both the chakra for the wind and dust were released.

Description:the user takes earth compress's it and while compressing it and taking it, they form it around there legs or some other part of their body, greatly increasing their weight. The user cannot move very fast when they are using this, but it is useful because strong winds or currents which work by pushing the user in a certain direction have no effect cause the user will be too heavy to be pushed/pulled. not even 500km wind's can lift the user or move the user because of this jutsu. The user can use his own chakra which is holding the earth to him instantaneously and be freed from the slowing effects anytime he wants.

The Wind Powers Instantly Disperses Susanoo As its a Forbidden Rank and This Move Is Way To Powerful to defend. *Susanoo can be effected by wind as seen within the Danzou vs Sasuke Fight*
This Wind Shreads Susanoo to pieces and then cuts into you as you cant even focus yourself preventing your movements. and the Winds slashing across your face make your Sharingan Usage Useless.

The bolded is incorrect because u r doing 4 jutsus since u and kuro used the jutsu and releasing wind pressure while its sucking up great deals of winds would suck up the wind into the gourd and the only reason why the wind got to sasu is because he wasnt sucking up the wind which I am ending in the wind not forming a dorm and Arank vs Srank doujutsu unknown force sucking u up into a gourd impossible for the earth jutsu to weigh you down that much i'll have somebody to judge it and im not allowing redos.

oops sorry i thought i edited. I meant for me and her Kurohime uses.
and its not about rank. its about description in this case.. resistant to 500 Km winds is enough in this case as that jutsu doesnt specify speed.

sorry but an A Rank jutsu wouldn't defeat a S rank jutsu unless it is the elements weakness...
Seeing as Susanoo is more like a summons then an element it would beat out the A rank and you would get sucked into the battle...
Plus since you did use four jutsu's within that move set since that jutsu doesn't state that it can be applied to other people

U_U so your saying regardless of descrption of a jutsu. it is defeated by sheer rank? Susanoo a summon type thing yeah I Know. But he uses his Gourd to pull in everything. basically Wind Based. My jutsu Is Earth Based and it allows me to Resist Winds Up to 500Km Per Hour Which are pretty Strong Winds.
There are no Elemental weaknesses in this Case. So therefore its a Descrption Battle. And I Win That Catergory.
. My Jutsu doesnt say it cant be used on another person either? and its just sheer manipulation of chakras. Chakra can take form anywhere! and in multiple places.
if its the whole fact about four jutsu ill take out the last one. but keep my move the same. as I say its extermly Valid move. you guys must look at more then Rank. Descriptions arent there for nothin. The Rank is just the quality of the Effects. Jutsu Have.

oh well then by going by your logic, I could make a Crank jutsu and all i would have to do is say that it is strong enough in the description to withstand say Ameratsu or Chidori and I would be perfectly fine against them.
But that is not how things are done, description only matters when its two jutsus of the same rank, If its an A rank going up against a S rank then the S rank is going to win no matter what, unless its the elemental opposite of the element you are using then an A rank will be able to stop an S rank.

Eh....guess since the fight over I can make my comment....
Madara's Susanoo shouldn't have the sword of totsuka or the yata mirror, as they were spiritual items possessed by Itachi, and not actually part of the Susanoo summon. Therefore only an Itachi bio should have a Susanoo equipped with the sword of totsuka and yata mirror. (I would be a little skeptical about that too, considering how strong the two items are. Also I think they were introduced in the manga purely to seal Orochimaru during that fight, and will most likely never be seen again until Naruto needs to seal Madara with that "gift" Itachi gave him.

The way you put things is stupid. a C-rank with the ability to withsatnd those attacks is nowhere near C-Rank idiot. and therefore doesnt have the correct Ranking and would be declined within the Custom Thread.
And No, Descrption always matters! otherwise whats the use of writing one?. and your supposed to be a Mod over the Battle Arena? Wtf.
These two jutsu dont have any weakness over Each other.
i understand S-Ranks are stronger then A-Ranks. But The Reason being is because those Jutsu usually have stronger effects. and do more things.
his is only S-Rank Because it has all those items that can block, and kill.
Mine is A-Rank because it simply increases my weight so much that I cant even be moved by 500KM winds.

Also a Kirabi bio couldn't have a wife that using wood techniques as well as using no other elements but Lightning and whatever his bijuu's ink technique isThis is like saying my Jiraiya bio can never use wind element as he has never shown use of it, so that craps out the window on here
