We should do a "wall of fame" kind of stickied thread. Where monthly 5 members would be put in a poll to be voted into the wall of fame for their overal role in the RP or skill in certain areas. Or something like that. Polls are sometimes a mess.

Depends on the situation. Everyone specializes in different areas. I specialize in short ranges because I'm a hyuuga but I wouldn't be able to use my abilities onto long range like an ice user or a lava user. I can't really see anyone as being the best overall, only being the best in their own field.
