i don't know how good Hells is with Water, but if he is better than Izuna, than O_O O_O O_O

We've fought twice I think. Once when I was a complete noob (he pwned my ass easily), and a second time when I was starting to build a good reputation as a water user (6 months as a member or so). I challenged him and it ended up a draw. We never fought again after that and it's all for the best I think. There are certain persons I don't want to fight with on NB. The stakes are too high for the reward. I'm not ready to start an argument with Hells and screw up the relationship we have (mutual respect I'd say), but I'm not going to drop the ball easy neither considering our tittle is on the line.
Fire: Elias. I once fought the Fire sage when he was at the top of his game and I was an up and coming wannabe sage, and let me tell you, it was a scary fight, look it up!
Earth: Hiruzen/Bishamon-sama. Those two were masters. Also, I'm tying Hiruzen simply because there's a kind of mystic surrounding him. His departure was so sudden and mysterious that he's become some kind of a legend around here.
Wind: Naruto Uzumaki hands down. I know sky was proficient with wind, but considering the creativity and skillfulness he demonstrated in his CJ making and fights, while using almost exclusively wind, Kyle (-NU-), will always remain the true wind master to me.
Lightning: This is kind of a lost element to me. For the Harry Potter fans out there, I'd compare the Lightning Sage tittle to the Defense against the Dark Arts teacher position at Hogwarts; It was never held by the same person for more than a year. There was Madara Uchiha, Mizutoki, some other kid I can't remember. Anyway, no real contender here.
Ice: Zanji.
Wood: Scary Yamato. (Those last two need no explanation nor introduction. They are both well known members and fighters, and no one would doubt their skills in their respective elements).

I do disagree with a few of those. Maybe in the old days, but no longer does that list completely apply.
Fire- Definitely Elias. Something very classic about him, and he did create Dark Fire, which was pretty much the pioneer to advanced fire elements. Elias is the reason I came to appreciate and master fire, in fact. Ali is a close second, though. He probably has way more fire techniques under his belt in addition.
Water- Izuna. Few others can rival his prowess in Suiton ninjutsu.
Earth- BishamonSama. He is, always has been, and always will be the best Earth user NarutoBase has ever seen. Goro and Hiruzen, his apprentices, of course, are next.
Lightning- Probably Madara Uchiha. Lightning isn't as heavily-studied an element as the other four, mainly because it's rather difficult to understand and to develop new ideas for.
Wind- Definitely -Naruto Uzuamki- (Kyle). I really don't need to say anything else. Skye was exceptional in the past, but he can't hold a candle to Kyle in this area.
Ice- Zanji (self-explanatory).
Wood- Scary Yamato, without a doubt. Shodaime was good, I suppose, but he never displayed the inventiveness and understanding behind the mechanics of Mokuton that SY has.
Taijutsu- Probably Zen >_>'
Hells was the original Water Sage, and he held the title for a long time. Izuna and I both contended for the position in our earlier days on NarutoBase. However, I'd say Izuna has since surpassed Grimmy in Water usage. There is, in my opinion, no one better. Honestly, in a fight with Izuna, you'd better hope there's no water around.
Alright now remember the following is purely based on Personal experience of those area's suggested......
Water: Hands down, Izuna, I have never fought anyone with as much skill as this guy has with this element. He is the only person I have ever fought that single handily beat me with just water, when I was fighting him for his sword. (I was using a Tobirama bio for this fight). Hells was good at Water, and was the original water sage, but compared to Izuna, sorry Hells but there is no comparison these days.
Fire: This one to me is a toss up between Elias and Ali, I have fought both of them, although I fought Elias with my Ice and Ali with Dust. Both put up an exceptional fight, I beat Elias, barely lost to Ali. They are both exceptional Katon users, but due to Elias being MIA, this position would have to go to Ali, though I would love to see a fight between the two.
Wind: This one goes to Naruto Uzumaki (Kyle), this guy was amazing with the element, Skye was good but not nearly as good as Kyle was with this element, I don't recall if we fought or if we did I don't remember who the winner was or if there even was one.
Earth: Hands down, my rival, BishamonSama. He was the original Earth Sage and owned that position, nobody else in my book could do the things with this element this guy could do with it. Every time the two of us fought, everyone knew, and most watched, though we never exactly finished our fights against one another lol.
Lightning: This one, I don't know who would hold this one. Because we haven't really had a single person from my gen specialize in this, yeah Madara was the original Lightning Sage, but he never truly fought anyone, I mean I could easily name individual's today who could beat him, he had a good way with words but that's it. My good friends back in the day Mangekyou Kakashi and Tsukoshi were better fighters with Lightning than Madara was in my opinion.
Taijutsu: This is a toss up between Zen and Goro, from what I have seen with Zen he is an exceptional taijutsu fighter, and what I have experienced against Goro he is also exceptional with it. I would have to see a thorough fight between these two to decide.
Genjutsu: Nobody, I haven't fought or seen anyone effectively use Genjutsu in a fight, I rarely even use it, and when I did I made it complicated, where they were freezing in the genjutsu (in a way >_> but also got torn to ribbons several times) and were freezing on the outside. But other than that, I have never seen an effective Gen user
Kenjutsu: Hands down would probably have to go to Zen. Dunno what exactly to put here lol, he has very devastating with sword techniques, as he has official ones, when we fought with them back in the day we didn't exactly have techniques for them.....we just went for tendons xd
Ninjutsu (Clan Techniques(Nara, Inuzuka, Aburame, etc)): I wouldn't exactly know lol
Ice: Many have stated it and that is me, I am the original Ice Sage of NB. I was the first user of the element here and have a few of the more devastating techniques for it......
Wood: Hands down, Scary Yamato.
I trained this guy when he first started using it, but after I left he made it his thing, he has made this element his own and uses it in ways I never thought of when I first had it on my original account. I was better than Shodaime was with it but Scary is far better than I was with it.
Genjutsu for me would be a tie between Lili-chwan and Emperor. I like Genjutsu a lot and think i use it above average but those two are like...top tie.
Gentle Fist for me would either by Demosthenes or Lili-chwan although she doesn't have the bio anymore.
Wood is hands down SY. He is a beast with it.

Wind...well to be honest i haven't seen anyone use wind like -Uzumaki Naruto- (i think...one of the naruto bio holders in the past). Even his cj making shows his understanding of it.
Earth... Hum... Goro, Bishamon, Toku... All excel in earth.
Lightning...dunno really.
Pure Taijutsu i think would go to Zen, Goro, Keotsu or Lili. Probably (99,9% of chances) Zen would win if pinned against each of those.
Kenjutsu would need to be either Keotsu, Izuna or Zen. Keotsu is really really amazing with it even if Zen is amongst the starters of such field of expertise.

It's rather easy to not know what the current RP situation is like. I've fallen victim to such in recent times simply because I've been out of the Battle Arena for so long. O_O
