Unfortunatly thats what the RP has evolved into over the years. There used to be a little give and take in battles, but now if there is the slightest opening people will exploit it.

Heres an example:
[old days]
Zoro charges a chidori and runs towards SY, as he trusts his chidori is SY, SY pushes his forearm aside and punches Zoro in his chest with his opposite hand. Zoro stumbles backwards and smirks

[new school]
Zoro charges a chidori and runs towards SY, as he trusts his chidori is SY, SY pushes his forearm aside and punches Zoro in his chest with his opposite hand. as Zoro gets punched, he chages a chidori nagashi and paralyzes SY, then thrusts his chidori into SY's chest killing him.

see the difference? theres no leeway anymore, which robs the fight of all of its badassedness

I love the old way of battling.

Just kidding, since you actually had the balls to go for a straight up kick, I took it oldschool (like in my previous example) and used it to make the fight way more badass.

It's just a matter of fighting someone who is willing to give you leeway in a fight and continue going - Someone who will not only give hits, but take hits as well.

Roleplaying without always going for kill shots is far from being difficult.

People like Bishamon, Ace, Rag, Hasahi, Pesh and Sinister are 2nd gen
3rd gen would be Goro,cali,mugi,Zen,SY, Hells, Kagutsuchi and the others.
4th gen would be Pervy, Gobi, Jinbei, Dei Dei and others.
I guess i´m 5th gen huh? I´ll be the greatest of my gen, i´m already well known.
