The list is fairly complete. What about Toku? He's a good earth fighter. And from the new gen i think in my humble opinion that Crimson is a very good Rpear.

Also, Hatorri Hanzo (former Raiden) is a good rpear. Just look at his Minato bio test.

Making a bio is like telling/info about an imaginary person, a naruto character or any other person .. when your bio get's approved,you ask a sensei if he would like to train you

THAT'S Who it was o_o for the life of me I couldn't remember his name that is how bad of a sensei he was when I was here way back then xd

But as for Madara, I have too say even though he was classified in the "Big Three" back in the day. I honestly don't think he would be able to hold a candle to some of this gens new top rpers. I mean the guy can talk a good game and outside of battle can stratagize like no other but when it comes to battles....he doesn't have what it takes to stand with the best anymore.

But yes just because someone becomes a "Sensei" doesn't truly qualify them as the "Greatest" rpers or even among the best. It just shows that they wanna train people.
