Welcome to NB’s Custom Jutsu Auction House! My name is Zero, and I’ll be your host throughout your visit. The NB auction house was created recently, by me. It’s a way for all members of NB to gather around the CJ table and trade their approved Custom Jutsus. Before we continue, let’s take a look at a few questions that I hae taken the time to answer.

Why make an Auction House? Can’t we just talk about CJ trading privately?
The idea of an Auction house, Is that it brings private deals into the open. It gives the owners of different custom jutsus a chance to present their technique, and for bidders to present their own custom techniques as payment. The two individuals will then come to an agreement and part ways, each at least one technique richer. Until now all custom jutsu dealings have been done privately, or in a closed society here on NB. The auction house is simply a way to make the techniques you want to sell visible, and give potential buyers a place to go for customs. In theory, you could still talk about trading customs privately, but I will personally recommend the auction house, as it gives other members than just your closest friends, a possibility to improve their fights and use more than just the standard set of canon techs.

Why would we even trade customs? They’re MY customs for a reason!
It’s completely up to you whether you want to put a custom up on the auction house or not, it’s your work and your idea, and as such you have all the rights to it. But remember that you made the custom for a reason, to use it. Why do you want to be the only one to enjoy that custom? Wouldn’t it be so much more awesome to meet an opponent who could use a lot of, gigantic-explosion-that-kills-everything, CJ’s? Battles would become action filled bombs. Canon is always a safe thing to use, but customs are just that much more fun. If everybody had a lot of customs, all battles would be unique and exciting.

What’s your opinion regarding Custom Jutsus Zero?
I love Custom Jutsus. I like the diversity they create in battles, the excitement of meeting a new custom and finding a way to counter it. I take pride in my customs, but contrary to some others, my customs aren’t reserved for my friends. I’m always open to trade propositions, and I’ve been like that for a long time. Sadly, many others have other opinions, they consider their customs far too personal, or they only want their friends to use them. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does restrict the usage of the custom technique to a select few. I honestly think battles would become much wilder and untamed if people gained access to more customs. I would also like to remind people of the fact that all techniques take at least a bit of skill to use, even more skill to use RIGHT. A kid with a gun is dangerous, but a trained soldier is always better, the kid can get lucky, but skills will triumph in the end.

What are the rules in the Auction house?

1. The Auction house is a civilized place for people who want to increase their arsenal of techniques, spamming is NOT allowed. Therefore, all your posts in this thread must contain a jutsu you wish to sell and a small pointer describing what you want in return for the technique. Remember that the auction house is open to everybody, so don’t write something like “I want [Insert random CJ here] for this custom jutsu” Make your pointer short and open.

2. You can pull the CJ you’ve set for sale back, and close the auction for that particular custom. If this is your wish, contact me BEFORE editing anything, if it’s too late for you to edit, I will ask a mod to do it, but I ask all sellers to have patience, the Mod’s have lives too.

3. If you’ve sold a custom jutsu to person X here in the auction house, and no longer wants him to use the custom for whatever reason, then you must do the following: Contact me with a short description of why you no longer wants person X to use your custom, and send me a PM including the custom(s) you were allowed to use as payment for your custom. Then, you will wait for my response, and afterwards you will no longer be able to use the received custom(s), and X will no longer be able to use your custom(s). This is pure logics. If you trade something and wants to trade back, you can’t just take your stuff from the buyer without giving him his stuff back, that’s called stealing, and if you’re caught using a “Stolen” custom, you will be permanently banned from the auction house. Furthermore, using customs without the owner’s permission is against the rules of Narutobase.net, and you WILL be reported if you do it.

4. Please approach all buyers and sellers with a neutral opinion; even if you don’t like the guy/girl, you’re required to be civilized and fair regarding your bargain.

5. It’s illegal to sell any unapproved techniques here, and it’s also illegal to use unapproved techniques as payment, this is simply to ensure that everything which is sold here can be used immediately, and that nobody can get angry over their purchase because it got declined.


How do I do this?
Using the auction house is quite simple really. You simply select an approved custom which you’re the owner of, and copy pastes it here, along with a short pointer describing shortly what you want for your custom. You can sell all APPROVED custom stuff here. Student spots on a Custom Element, a spot on a summoning contract, etc. As long as it’s APPROVED and not CANON, it can be sold here. For example; it’s not allowed to sell a spot on the toad contract, even if you have the authority to give such a spot, as it is not CUSTOM. If you’re lucky, a buyer will contact you over VM/PM, and offer you a bargain. When/if you reach an agreement, you post the final trade on a separate thread which will be made by me. You can find it simply by clicking on my profile then press the “Statistics” button and then press the link to “Find all threads started by Leeroy G. Zero”

All discussions will be done in a separate thread which will also be made by me. I’m very open to suggestions, criticism, and comments generally.

Jutsu: Water release: Tears of Sorrows = Suiton: No namida wa, kanashimi
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self/Short
Chakra cost: 25
Damage points: 40
Description: the user focuses water chakra in his/her hands, then the user places the hands in front of his/her face, like if he/she was crying. The user will emit a lot of water, from their mouth and water chakra that just appears to be tears from their eyes. The water will begin to take form, and will quickly grow, into a three meter tall, faceless, human looking, clump of water, with very big arms. The water will place it’s arms in front of the user, thereby shielding the user from harm. This is all done in one fluid motion.
Notes:
• Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.
• Can only be used three times per battle.
• This jutsu lasts for 1 turn.

Jutsu: Earth release: Burial of sorrow= Doton: Kanashimi no maisō
Type: Offensive/supplementary

Description: the user focuses earth chakra into his/her hands, and then slams them unto the ground, this creates a small earth wave, that’ll race against the target. When the wave is close to the opponent, (around short range) it builds up, (like when a wave comes close to shore) and becomes a 5 meter tall wave, which on the front side, looks like a crying face, with an open mouth. Inside the mouth there is a tongue, made of hard earth, that’ll try to grab the target, and pull it into the mouth. Inside the mouth there’s a lot of teeth made of stone, when the target is caught inside the mouth, the wave will sink into the earth and compress itself, crushing the target within it.

Jutsu: Illusion Technique: Deadly tears of sorrow = Genjutsu: Kanashimi no deddorī no namida
Type: Offensive

Description: This genjutsu requires eye contact with the target, but only when activating it, after activating this genjutsu, eye contact is not necessary. The user cast an illusion, where the target will see about twenty rotten arms, appearing from the ground, these arms will wrap around the targets arms, legs, chest, and neck. (This happens extremely quick) Then, a giant skeleton face, will appear floating in mid air above the target, and begin to cry down on him, the target will feel like he’s being drowned, because of the water. Because of the energy the jutsu costs, the user won’t be able to use advanced jutsus, in the next turn.
Notes:
• Can only be used two times per battle.
• Lasts for one turn.
• Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.
• No A-rank or higher jutsus in the next turn.
Pointer: Not much (Again)

Jutsu: (Kentou Sensu) - Boxing Style
Rank: N/A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: (Taijutsu rules)
Description: The user raises their fists up close to their face and begins jogging in place. By using this style, they must concentrate on their opponent at all times. And it has basically became a reflex to jab and dodge, making the user move a little faster than average (nothing compared to gates speed). The user also is ready to block at will, since his fists are already raised to do so. In this style the user only uses punches and constantly shifts their feet to move at lightning fast speed around the opponent when in elbow range.
Note: Can only be taught/used by Axle
Note: being in this style involves a strong cardio system, so it's very difficult to maintain without getting exhausted.
1- training session let's the user maintain for 2 turns
2:3 - training sessions lets the user maintain for 5 turns
5-training sessions lets the user maintain for 10 turns
Note: takes 3 turns to use this style again in the same match.

Description:The user wipes the blood on the seal of his arm, summoning a turtle beside the user, the turtle has giant spikes on it's back, and has a very hard body, that can only be pierced by S-rank and above attacks.This turtle is as big as Gamabunta.

Description: The user advances the process of his pores producing oil, but instead of producing Oil it produces water all over the user's body, boosting water attacks by +15. All lightning attacks used against the user causes an automatic death if hit by them. All Fire attacks used against the user have no effect whatsoever except A-rank and above

Description: Bubba is the most artistic turtle, he has been with user so long that they have good chemisty and by stomping his foot he can perform A-rank and lower earth jutsus from anywhere on the field. He's 5 stories tall. Can only be pierced by A-rank and above jutsus.

Description: The user jogs in place while punching the air, causing their blood to pump faster making them a little faster and stronger. Because of this early warm-up, the user is also more focused causing their reflexes to sharpen. With this blood pumping sensation, chakra also flows easier and faster, letting the user use jutsus faster.

Jutsu: (Katon: Kaji Mitsukai ) - Fire Stlye: Fire Angels

Description: The user preforms the Rat,Tiger,Dragon and Dog handseals.
These angels are like clones, but instead, they are made out of fire.
When you get attacked the Angels/Clones will defend you or attack the opponent back.

Pointer: Clone's, they are deep inside just fire, if they get attacked then i'm able to feel it, when i feel it i can let them explode if i make the boar handseal (Need to get Resubmit) and if we trade, then your able to do the exactly same thing xd.

(Katon: Shōnetsu Jigoku) Fire Release: Blazing Hell
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S

Description: The user molds a small amount of chakra in their hands and then flicks it into a small ball of fire towards the enemy. The purpose of the technique is not to strike an enemy, but to make sure it reaches near the area they are currently on. Once the small ball of fire comes into contact with the ground, it’ll immediately grown by the user focusing chakra into it by making one handseal (Like Deidara does to expand his clay) and surround the target in a complete circle. There is a small five second delay before the flames begins to ignite and erupt into a huge column of fire, reaching up to twenty feet high. The heat generated from the flames is so hot that anything coming into contact with the column will be burned instantly, with the high temperature of the flames the ground heats up, slowly turning into lava. This technique is mostly used to trap an opponent inside a blazing fire like prison and it is large enough to encompass one or two people. Suffocation is possible and likely should they not be able to escape, as the flames will quickly devour all available oxygen.
*Note*: Can be used TWICE a battle

[Ryuuki Fenikkusu no Jutsu] ♦ Rising Phoenix Technique ♦
Range: Short/long
Rank: A

Description: The user does the necessary hand seals; draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and then immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large soaring phoenix of flames. The mythical bird will then swoop up and into the foe at high speed. Not only can it cause very hot burns but can give a powerful hit upon contact as well. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. After it is done, because of the impact, the phoenix explodes into a bunch of blazing ashes all over ground, but the user can explode it whenever it's needed.

Damage: 90 [+20, when the user takes the second deep breath]
Description: This technique can only be used after using ♦ Rising Phoenix Technique ♦ in which it utilizes the blazing ashes left over from the jutsu. The ninja does the necessary hand seals; draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and then immediately exhales it. They then blast a streaming jet of fire into the centre of all the ashes, which then spreads out into all the blazing flames and they all ignite and burst up in a giant circular wall of fire, spinning violently the blazing glare consolidates into a rapid moving giant sphere. Once the sphere is made, it then burst out and two phoenix like wings of fire blast outwards to the sides. Finally, with another deep breath through the nostrils, the fire out put will be increase and the blazing fire will rise back up into an even larger and stronger phoenix then before and the technique is basically repeated but with greater power. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. After it is done, because of the impact, the phoenix explodes into a bunch of blazing ashes all over ground that can burn the surroundings.

~Only one other technique that turn, can be used before this technique. After this technique none can be used until next turn.

(Fuuton: Kaze Kyodan)-Wind Style: Wind Missles

Description: This jutsu sends highly long ranged, fast-paced wind missiles at the target. The user will send out five bursts of wind highly concentrated to a point. These are extremely sharp, fast paced, piercing blasts capable of piecing various defences, including thick stone or wood [ up to A rank ] and even if they are dodged or blocked the shock wave they create will throw a weak [ Chuunin and below ] opponent off balance. They are extremely hard to avoid because of their speed, although the speed is about one tenth of the First Gate.
*Note: Usable twice per battle.
*Note: Up to five missiles may be created per use. The missiles travel only in a straight line.
*Note: Due to the large amount of chakra required for this technique, it cannot be used if any clones of the user are present. Furthermore, the user can also definitely not use clone techniques or Genjutsu for the next two turns.
*Note: If the wind is blocked, there might be cases that the opponent is thrown off balance cause of the great wind blast, if they are Chuunin and below.
*Note: Faust can only teach this.

Jutsu:

[Fuuton: Za Hyoujin Kaze] ♦ Wind Style: The Sharp Wind ♦

Description: The user will gather wind into their hand and condense it with chakra. creating long and thin projectiles in their hand. Then the user can aim these projectiles, launching them at a target. The projectiles do not deal a very much damage, though they are made for precision instead. for if aimed at a very vital, or severe pressure point, the user can cause their target to be unable to battle. Though this is quite hard to do and requires a great amount of focus and accuracy. They are really sharp and fast and could pierce through steel.
~Usable only one times per battle.
~Their as fast as Rock Lee without weights
~Five projectiles are made from the users fingers.
~No wind techniques the next turn.
~Faust can only teach this.
