No he doesn't. If you follow the rules, you won't get in trouble. If you break the rules, you get in trouble. Simple as that.

But the rules are idiotic penguin. They are impractical and downright fail. I mean, making a site that makes children feel comfortable? What logical line of thinking does that follow. Do you really think a bunch of teenagers are rolling around with their terrible grammar and coarse remarks? Teens and young adults enjoy their sense of individuality, children lack that.

I mean let's look at the alt rule. You are actually allowed to own multiple accounts here? Like, why? Why would anybody be shocked that something like that would be abused? I just can't get that. What exactly can somebody do with an alt that is positive?

Children lack the capability to put themselves in other people's shoes (which we all forget sometimes). This thread alone is just people speaking their minds, but even that would get trashed.

Let's stop pretending there is no issue here and everything is cupcakes and dandelions. It's really not.

the rules are strict for people like me. but troll alt makers get to do what ever they want. its bull crap, i served all my bans and i have no alts.

The maturity indeed needs to grow, but in all actuality nothing in this site promotes that line of thinking.

Think about this thread here. On any other forum this would be allowed. Being critical of the site and trying to come up with answers. I've seen plenty of mod bashing going down everywhere else and nobody gets bent out of shape over it. But year? Oh no. Question even the slightest thing here and expect something harsh in return.

I'm just going to be completely honest. Closing registration for almost half a year is terrible. It's something we should all feel downright embarrassed about.

A lot of times I've wondered why threads were closed when no forum rules were being broken. That is definitely something the staff needs to work on to keep members here after the manga.

Registrations as well, I know the admins are over that and the mods have no control. And sure there will be trolls and people that break the rules like on any other site ,but that's what the staff is there for isn't it?

That's not a valid excuse for the registration to be closed this long in my opinion.

It's times like this where it is also great to see thigns from their end. We currently have a site where trolls feel comfortable and some individuals indulge a little too much (I will be responsible enough to say I am one of them).

It's probably been a headache for them to deal with certain things, and if I could go back and fix a few things I would. I'd like to say we can at least start fresh at some point.

But they need to meet us halfway. I just wish there was a place we could openly talk. Everybody leaves their credentials behind. No mods and reg members talking. Just people trying to sort shit out. It'd be more helpful I think.

Eventually it will end dude. Another manga will rise up and take Naruto's place. By that time the only way this site will "live on" is if it changes it's domain name and makes a new manga it's moniker.

You and no one else you know will be "RPing" in a year or so after the manga ends. You'll be too busy reading up and RPing on the next big thing on the manga scene
