i really dont see what all the fuss about bisha is from seeing his fights
then again it was a different time back then

the top 3 can be seen in many ways for each people. You can only count static power (CJs, CEs, Bios, etc) or you can start thinking about their epic uses of basic normal techniques or even their customs. You can speak about effort, being that people who try less but accomplish more or people who simply accomplish a lot regardless of how its done. You can even argue that it has to do with the RP itself and how fun it is to fight an opponent.
Regardless of the criteria, we are talking about almost 5 years of RP. In this time, many people have risen and fallen. Its hard to imagine if Biashamon or Izuna who are now inactive could actually beat the current most skilful and powerful active rpears. Its hard to imagine who is the overall top 3 because so many people have left their mark in the RP. However, I'll do my own preference list:
Izuna: Not only in sheer power and in what he could do and did with it but also his strategic cunning use of them is what made him a legend. I had the pleasure of talking with him a lot about the RP and how to RP and learned a lot. He taught me to look not at individual techniques but at what i needed for each situation and only then where could i find what i needed and in doing so searching for the correct technique. He also knew how to have fun although he had the annoying quality Lili-chwan (a good friend of his as well, so she might have picked it up from him) has to never let it go >_> If he thought he was right, he explained his logic and his reasoning to the fullest extent and with the annoying quality of 99% of the time being right.
Scary Yamato: Now, Scary is, considering some of the other oldies and powerful members of our RP, not that OPed. However, he was and is the most fun opponent I ever had. He is intelligent, clear, concise and cunning. He excels in Ninjutsu combos, Genjutsu usage and Close Combat skills. He is very nice as well. His wood abilities are the proof that with something so simple as a cannon KG theoretically simple, you can achieve much. By far he is what I think all RPears should aim to be. A dedicated sensei and a strong, resilient skillful warrior. He fought on equal levels to most legendary RPears, from Goro to Izuna, Lili, Pervy, Hells, etc. He fought against them all.
RokuNR: Ok, the man is a beast and his rational chain of thought is at times scary. He is very very powerful on his own but he is also someone who can easily use that power effectively.
Jinbei: for me, very very similar to Roku. But has the ability to use Cannons like only a few can.
Pervy Sage: in his good days he can beat or play on equal terms to virtually anyone we can mention. His own fault is having bad days. Lol
Typhon: doesn't have the overpowering level of abilities and stacked up powers that others have but is clean, nice, inteligent and very skillful in the abilities he can use. He also has a quality that I think defines a good rpear: like SY, everyone enjoys fighting typhon. That for me makes him legendary.
Lili-Chwan: yeah people like to call me bias or this or that because she was my sensei and is a good rp friend but the truth is that currently, not all people can hold a candle to her. She has very very useful and powerful CJs, good CEs but she also has a nice RP style to her. Lets not forget he is also an EIG master, MS user, Gentle Fist expert, Genjutsu expert, etc etc. You may not like her style or her aggressive attitude but she does have skill on par with all of those named before.
Now, people have fallen into a small trap in this discussion: saying that because X member won against Y member that he is stronger. This is not always true. Take me and SY for example. I won, yes. But only because my abilities, specially Decay, were exactly the weakness of his stronger abilities (white fire and wood). The fight before that, I lost. I could keep up but eventually he overpowered me completely. Its a matter of the situation and the fight and how it unfolds. If he didn't give me the opening to make him cut his own hand off I wouldn't hve taken the upper hand and won. Lets not forget though, that i was also almost dead when we finished and i doubt i had much chakra left. Like someone pointed, at some point I won against Lili in the Ninja World. However, neither of us was trying to have fun but rather to obliterate each other. That makes a big difference. And I gambled hard. I risked more by using Kinjutsu but also by restricting myself more by using higher restricted techniques. It could have gone both ways. However, Lili didn't use perfume nor did she use her MS. Could I have won just the same? Perhaps...but likely not. Circumstances dictate the winner as well as the match up more than actually the level of each opponent. Pervy fought against Goro and forced goro to use Oral Rebirth and open up to 6th gate. In the end, no one was able to overpower the other. Does that mean Pervy is strong as Goro or actually stronger for having pushed him that hard?

Vincent is someone underestimated but I know what the man is actually able to do and not do. If he had Y/Y then he would be completeYeah Zanji, youve gotten kinda rusty over the years and were not sure if you still up there with them.
Lol scorps will be the first one to tell you that hes nowhere near roku or izuna or goro or mugi

While hba and pervy are both op'ed and good i dont think theyre top 3 i saw pervy lose to goro and hba is hella rusty atm. I woulda put sy up there before but i saw him lose to lili in the nw a few weeks ago. But id still say sy is in the top 5. That loss knocked him out of the top 3 for me

Lol you are taking OP as skills and that isn't true. Yard is OP to some but to others is a rper.
Typhon is a great rper and probably in the top ten of the smartest as in usage of jutsus and can be almost on par with Shikamaru intelligence.

Actually some of us actually likes to rp but most rper just want to battle all day. I would like. nothing but to rp as long as my opponent is down.

What's stopping you? You want to really roleplay like people such as Kiritsugu then go for it. If someone wants to not battle you because you write too much, then it's their loss.
@LoK; The two persons I named were the ones I see as true rp'ers. From everyone I have fought, they really know what rp is. And that makes it a lot of fun to fight, which results in them being great rp'ers.
Hells silence or I will make you chase after your severed arm that is stuck in the Ice ball again.
Also LoK as I have said before Bishamon has never beaten me, as I have never beaten him we have had endless battles, and still never finished a single one. So no he has not beaten everyone :|
too me back when the top three were originally named (Madara, Bishamon and myself) the top of the RP. Some where confused including me about Madara being placed there especially because Madara never really took part in battles he left the fights to me, Bishamon, Hells and Kenpachi to handle. Madara knew how to effectively talk a good game, he was definitely a strategist that better operated behind the scenes but when compared to Bishamon and myself battle wise he wasn't as good, and over time Bishamon and I grew into strategists and tacticians that Madara even had a hard time working around even from behind the scenes.
But before I took my near two year hiatus from here, I trained Scary Yamato in how to effectively use Mokuton, but during my two years away this guy made a name for himself and is one of the RPers I thoroughly enjoy fighting even to this day because not will he only use the training I taught him against me, but on occasions would be able to overwhelm me with his combos. Scary is definitely an AMAZING Rper here there is no doubt about it an if you do doubt then walk the blank dude you don't have any business stepping into this RP.
Izuna, I remember when him and Rag fought in a tournament to become one of my students, and back then he was so Green he didn't know how to use Water effectively. But just with Scary, Izuna acquired a name for himself in those two years and has become the best Water user on this site (Sorry Hells but its true) when I went to fight him for his Water sword that was the first time I ever fought this guy in the RP and I am not ashamed to say....I got my ass KICKED, I had NO idea the prowess this guy had with Water, I mean that shit is scary as hell when you don't know what your getting your ass into. But even he said that if I was using my true bio he wouldn't have stood a chance in that fight, I had to agree he would have still put up a fight that would have made me question if I could beat him.
Zanji (me), I defined the KG of Hyouton, back in the day, and still to this day considered one of the best and at times still the best with Ice, but I would have to test my skills against the current generations Ice men of Blizzard, Haku, Oraan, etc. Just to see if I am still top dog of the ice.
Mugiwara, too be honest, I seriously underestimated this guy and his Superman Hearing and Diamond bones when I first fought him when I used Muu. He too is one of the better end RPers I have ever come across, and too this day still wanna fight him to try and get around that hearing of his.
Ali + Pervy Sage, these guys over their time in the RP, tried to define the meaning of OP and they were on the route to do so and very good RPers if they didn't rely so much on "Mode" changes or "Susano'o" in their fights. But other than that yeah they are amazing.
Zen, now he is someone I wouldn't exactly want to get into a sword fight with unless I had the proper techniques, yeah I am good at free forming with the sword. But compared to him I am like an untrained monkey in the zoo throwin a banana at a wall.
Roku, tbh I don't remember much of him before I left but I know he has acquired a name for himself much as Izuna and SY did. Still though I would enjoy taking him on........
I could go on and on about all the RPers that I consider "Great" or at times "Legen (wait for it) dary" (ya ya I know just shut up lol). But that would take WAY to long and I have to get to some grub here, Fried Gator ain't gonna eat itself ya know lol.

I completely forogot about Xylon o-o. Every time I see that guy's CJs, I wonder how little it'll take to take most people out.
He has Radiation, Wyverns and a newly approved Force Release. That last addition to his arsenal makes any bio he has the equivalent of a Deva Path + more xD.
