So first up:
(Wakai Ryuucho Hazumi) - Young Flowing Spring

Description: The user charges their legs with chakra to increase damage and then begins by sending a flying kick straight towards the enemy's upper body, causing the enemy to guard the attack. After hitting the guard, the user then spins 360 degrees and brings their left foot up, breaking the guard and kicking the enemy with the right leg to the chin to send them into the air. Then the user lands on the ground and quickly uses a burst of chakra from their feet to launch themselves above the enemy and finish them off by hammer-kicking them into the ground.
First, it is initiated by channeling chairs into your legs and delivering a delivering a flying kick to your opponent's upper body, basically the chest and upwards, then as the opponent guards against your flying kick, by spinning your body 360 degrees, using the speed gained through the spinning to attack the guard, usually hand locking or similar motion made by your opponent earlier, by doing a spinning upwards kick with your left leg, followed by a kick using your right leg to the chin. Then as your legs touch the ground in a balanced stance you apply chairs to your legs and jump upwards, in order to fall onto your opponent from above, sending a downwards kick, mainly with your heel in vertical motion, bringing them to the ground.

Description: The user charges their hand with an electrical current and then strikes at the enemy's right shoulder. The electrical current discharges on contact and can numb the right arm for a short period of time, thus preventing the enemy from making any seals.
Note: Numbing affect lasts for one turn

A fairly simple palm thrust, by applying lightning chakra into your left hand, and delivering a palm strike to your opponent's right shoulder while discharging lightning chakra at the point of contact, causing the lightning chairs to numb the opponent's entire arm, basically preventing him from making hand seals or using his right arm effectively in combat for an entire turn.
