They have their upsides, but, as mentioned, also a downside in their chakra cost. That is, however, the rule more than an irregularity. The next two lack that downside, but have their own issues. The first one in requiring a tool and the second one in assuming a speed advantage plus putting the user in a position where evasion is more difficult than absolutely necessary.
Consider them, as you have the others, thank you.

( Testsu Sen Genkotsu ) - Iron Wire Fist
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: By wrapping ninja wire around their fists and controlling their breathing the user is able to deliver precise and deadly strikes that are able to knock targets back several meters.

( Chouyaku Kage Dageki ) - Jumping Shadow Strike
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user appears below a target in a low stance, striking at the pressure points in their inner thighs. A successful strike should cause an opponent to collapse, allowing the user to deliver a series of rising punches.
Wait, so for Iron Wire Fist, the description is a bit confusing, along with the range assigned to it. Is it that when performing this technique you throw a punch that releases the wire, causing the wire to strike the target and deal damage? Or is it that the strikes you land with the wire wrapped around your fist pushes them out toward mid range for whatever reason?

When using this other technique, it'd probably be best to attempt to appear behind the target to make it more difficult for them to counter. As you mentioned, positioning yourself in such a low stance in front of them leaves you vulnerable to attacks, particularly knees or leg strikes.

Iron Wire Fist is really just an unknown amount of strikes of an unknown nature delivered with Ninja Wire around your fists. Could you release the wire and use it within the range ascribed? I would say so, yes, since the 'strikes' are not specified as punches, but normally people would probably use the technique as a number of 'enhanced' punches. The 'few meters' just refer to the power of these strikes, so take that with a grain of salt.
Yeah, you could definitely appear behind an opponent, but the technique does not increase your base speed, so that all depends on your bio. Use it with care.
The next pair of techs:

( Danshingu Senpu ) - Dancing Hurricane
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: By executing a handstand and keeping their legs horizontal to the ground the user is able to deliver a series of spinning kicks to the target’s midsection.

( Assai Kuma Kobushi ) - Crushing Bear Fist
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: By snapping one leg backwards and using the resulting torque to push their body forwards and increase the force of their strike the user is able to deliver a devastating superman punch to their target.

Pretty simple techniques. Do as you've done :)

Dancing Hurricane is... interesting. This would be a pretty fun way to initiate the kicks needed for the Leaf Dragon God technique as a follow-up. I'll make it a goal to successfully pull this off in a fight if only just to say I used it. xD The problem is of course, the inability to perform handseals while performing it, along with being susceptible to a leg sweep.

Superman punch! Fairly simple. Not much to say beyond the fact that has a higher damage value attached to it than the D rank Punch technique.

It's be fun, I suppose, if rather inconvenient xD
Pretty much. Not everything needs to be convoluted to be effective.

Speaking of convoluted though... keep your focus when reading Absorption Kick. Thunder Axe Kick is pretty straightforward.

( Sanmai Ashige ) - Absorption Kick
Type: Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: This is based around the Bak Mai Pa of Southern Chinese marital arts and the use of enemy's body weight. The user will concentrate chakra into their leg and then lift it up to lean into the enemy when they are attacking with Taijutsu and by using the body weight of the enemy and the chakra concentration, the user will absorb the power of the enemy's attack and rebound it with the kick to send the enemy flying.
Note: Can only counter B rank Taijutsu and lower

( Ikazuchi Ono Handou ) - Thunder Axe Kick
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user charges one leg with lightning chakra and then jumps into the air, positioning themselves to deliver a powerful flying kick to their target. Due to the infusion of lightning chakra the kick is able to partially paralyze the area whereupon it connects for one turn.

Yeah, took me a couple of re-reads to understand the description of Absorption Kick fully but I get it. Because of the note on it, even if you were to boost the strength of the move, it would still only be capable of countering B rank and below tai right?

I like how Thunder Axe kick has that little extra factor of being able to paralyze a portion of the target's body, even though it's only partial paralysis. Better than nothing.

Not really, actually. If the technique had no damage points that would be the case, but even though this says defensive it does have 40 dmg, so you can strengthen it with a given bonus.

It'll give a little extra, but the technique still costs chakra to use, so use it carefully, unless you have a pretty good boost.

( Arashi Nageru ) - Tornado Throw
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user grabs ahold of a target by their clothing and then spins them around in a circular motion above their head. Using the momentum of the spin the user then slams the target into the ground.
( Mamushi Kiba ) - Viper's Fang
Type: Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: By tracking an opponent’s incoming punch the user is able to deliver a spear hand strike to a pressure point in the target’s arm, thus disabling the use of the arm for two turns.

These two are pretty self-explanatory, but give them a shot still.

Tornado Throw would be nice to combo with a large speed boost; the high amount of centrifugal force caused by the rapid spinning would make it very difficult for the person to move while they're spun. Viper's Fang is a good way to simultaneously counter an incoming punch while also disabling the use of that limb, I can see myself using this often.

Yeah, Viper's Fang is solid. The next two are the last B-Rank and the first A-Rank. The A-ranked one is interesting in particular, though fairly reliant on speed and timing.

( Nikui Kiwa ) - Hard Edge
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user reinforces their elbows and knees with earth chakra and then charges towards the target in order to deliver a series of knee and elbow strikes with enough force to bend steel.
( Taba Ryuu Roppou Ashige ) - Coiling Dragon Kick
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user appears below their target in a burst of speed, having assumed a low stance, and then uses their hands to twist their body into a spinning motion in order to deliver a powerful kick meant to send the opponent airborne. This technique can be used to prepare for a variety of other offensive maneuvers.

Hard Edge is nice in that its ambiguity with the description allows the user free reign in terms of where the elbow and knee strikes come from; this would be good to use on fairly delicate parts of the body to deal decisive blows like the neck, jaw or face in general. Coiling Dragon Kick is a high damage output maneuver that requires no chakra and helps to set up for a plethora of techniques that require for the target to be sent sky-high first. Would definitely try to aim the kick at the lower jaw or throat for maximum damage.

I imagine that Coiling Dragon Kick would look awesome. Now, I would just like to note that when we reach the hihger ranks chakra cost-less techniques become more scarce. This kinda follows, you know? The human physique alone can only take you so far, especially in the Narutoverse. Still, there'll be a few gems in there yet. First though, a couple of the other kind:

( Danshingu Kijuuki Kiruma Ashige ) - Dancing Crane Wheel Kick
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By charging their legs with chakra the user enables themselves to jump high into the air, appearing behind an airborne target in a burst of speed. Utilizing the momentum of their jump the user then delivers a number of spinning kicks, sending the target crashing into the ground.
(Monsu-n Kobushi) – Monsoon Fist
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user charges their fists with water chakra and then attacks the opponent with a combo of five strikes. The first two are to the chest, lifting them off the ground slightly and then with a second blow, lifting them up into the air to follow through with a sweeping hi-kick to the chest, sending them through the air. Then the user will above the enemy and then finish them off with a drop-kick into the stomach, sending them crashing into the ground. All the water hits deposit water onto the target's clothes, creating a heaviness pressing on them from the density of the water. The water attacks cause the enemy to suffer heavy breathing.

Dancing Crane Wheel Kick. Cool name but fairly simple and straightforward in its use; best used alongside a speed enhancement to get behind the opponent easier, increasing the chances of executing it fully. Monsoon Fist is pretty unique in that it takes advantage of water being able to heavily dampen and weigh down clothing, so that's nice.

In the case of Monsoon Fist and similar techniques you are able to use it as only a single strike. Rarely will you be able to strike an opponent multiple times.
Now, the first of the next two techniques is pretty cool, in that it employs a dual strike, but with different types of strikes. It's rather situational, as its execution rather relies on having some soft spots within range, but it can be used to strike a lot of weak points if you're creative enough.
Young Flower Spring is complicated. Focus on getting the flying kick to land, if you want to use it. Strike hard enough that only one hit is needed.

( Tora Kijuuki Ryousha Katachi Genkotsu ) - Tiger Crane Paired Form Fist
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user carefully controls their breathing and then delivers two very powerful strikes to their target. One blow, a punch, should strike the collarbone with enough force to crack it while the other, a palm strike, should strike the throat and crush the windpipe.
( Wakai Ryuucho Hazumi ) - Young Flowing Spring
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user begins by sending a flying kick straight towards the enemy's upper body, likely causing the target to guard the attack. After hitting the guard, the user then spins 360 degrees and brings their left foot up, breaking the guard and kicking the enemy with the right leg to the chin to send them into the air. Then the user lands on the ground and quickly uses a burst of chakra from their feet to launch themselves above the enemy and finish them off by hammer-kicking them into the ground.

Tiger Crane Fist is great, I enjoy using techniques that explicitly state what kind of debilitating damage is dealt should they land. Second technique, as you've said, is a series of strikes that aren't likely to go through unless a speed enhancement is used. The chakra cost tagged onto it means that I likely won't use this one much if at all.

Yeah, I get that. It really has to be worth it to spend chakra on it. The next two are:

( Ikazuchi Hirate Dageki ) - Thunder Palm Strike
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user charges their hand with an electrical current and then strikes at a target’s shoulder. The electrical current discharges on contact and can numb the arm for a short period of time, thus preventing the enemy from making any seals. The numbing effect lasts for one turn.
( Heru Tenma Zetsumei Nigiri ) - Hell Demon Death Grip
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user begins by feigning a kick and then redirecting the momentum of the kick into a powerful stomp that pins the target by the ankle. Then, putting more weight on the leg that is pinning the target, the user jerks forwards before delivering a bone-shattering punch aimed to slam them into the ground.
Now, Thunder Palm Strike works just as well anywhere, so think about that, at least.

In the case of Thunder Palm Strike, I could see it best used as an opener in order to limit the options the opponent has on countering with a technique that requires handseals, although I doubt anyone would try using one if they were already in close range beforehand. Second one (really digging the name of it by the way) is a good way to inhibit the opponent's movement by crushing their foot while also striking at them.

Feints aren't used often, but I think they add another dimension to one's fighting style, if used correctly. Now, these next two cost no chakra to use, but my personal favorite is definitely Phoenix Eye Fist. in fact, it is one of my favorite techniques on the list; a knuckle-shot punch that packs 60 damage and costs no chakra. Simple and effective. Consider the opportunities there.

( Itami Tsuijuu no Jutsu ) - Pain Compliance Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will dive into a forward roll towards the enemy, rolling behind them to grab both of their arms by the wrist and, at the same time, pressing a foot into their back. By applying pressure to the target’s back and yanking their arms upwards the user is able to break their arms.
( Fenikkusu Boshi Genkotsu ) - Phoenix Eye Fist
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The Phoenix Eye Fist is from the Bak Mei Kung Fu fighting style. The user carefully controls their breathing to maximize the power of their attacks and then delivers a triple knuckle-shot to the throat, aiming to crush the target’s windpipe.

Pain Compliance is iffy to me, namely because of the initial movement described where you roll behind the target; it just seems like it can be easily countered if not supplemented with a speed enhancement. It also describes breaking the arms by pulling up on them from behind while pushing the back away, but wouldn't that just dislocate the shoulders instead of "break" their arms? Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, but when I think broken arm I imagine the actual bones of the arm being, you know, broken in some way. *Kanye shrug*

I think I've you've used this other technique the most out of anybody. xD As you mentioned, a simple technique that causes heavy damage with no chakra cost.

Yeah, pull the arm out of its socket or something, but I think the jutsu conveys the point generally well. As for Phoenix Eye Fist; you're goddamn right.
The next two are part of a series of other elemental variants of these 'dragon' Taijutsu attacks. They follow a general template, but also have a few differences. Waddya think?

( Gosai Ryuu Yajuu Sora Tsuppari ) - Yellow Dragon Beast Sky Thrusts
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By coating their limbs with lightning chakra the user is able to deliver a flurry of fast and precise attacks mimicking lightning strikes, each one discharging a measure of electricity directly into the target’s body. The attacks contain enough voltage to cause electrical burns and temporary paralysis in the areas that are struck, this lasting for one turn.

( Kasshoku Ryuu Yajuu Iwa Hakaisha ) - Brown Dragon Beast Earth Destroyer
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By coating their limbs with earth chakra the user is able to deliver a variety of heavy, but powerful attacks mimicking falling rocks, each one capable of breaking steel. In addition to its offensive capabilities this technique also strengthens the durability of the user’s limbs considerably, granting them the toughness of metal.

Out of the two, I like the lightning variant more as it causes a debilitating effect while also simultaneously producing electrical burn damage. When it comes to close quarter fights, any form of attack that hinders an opponent's limb(s) even if for a moment can give you the advantage to end it with a follow-up. Not only is the lightning variation capable of doing this, but it can also be lethal depending on where the strikes are applied. The latter is even more true for the earth version, but I see that one best used to break through some sort of earth/steel attack within reason.

Sure. This group of techniques was made to be pretty general; more like miniature fighting styles. So they have a lot of versatility in them. They can be worth the use of chakra, without a doubt. The earth version even has a defensive element to it.
Next, 3 and 4 out of 5 elemental variants. Pretty similar.

( Aoi Ryuu Yajuu Suraisu Kichigai ) - Green Dragon Beast Slicing Madness
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By coating their limbs with wind chakra the user is able to deliver a storm of numerous light, but enhanced attacks mimicking the changing winds, each one capable of both cutting and pushing the target. The coat of wind chakra extends a few centimeters beyond the user’s limbs, thus making actual physical contact unnecessary for the attacks to affect the target.
( Aoiro Ryuu Yajuu Shinseki Makai Rakka ) - Blue Dragon Beast Drenching Hell Drop
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By coating their limbs with water chakra the user is able to perform a wave of flowing and ebbing movements in response to physical attacks, absorbing and redirecting the momentum of the target’s maneuver. By guarding against a strike using their water-enhanced limbs the user is able to transfer the energy of said attack through his body, using it to deliver whip-like counterattacks mimicking a crashing wave.

Matter of fact, since they're quintuplet let's add the last one for good measure. Consider the water-version's defensive/counterattack element. If you have a healthy imagination that should really intrigue you. And the wind version gives you a mini-frog kata ability.

( Akai Ryuu Yajuu Hyaku Nenshou Renda ) - Red Dragon Beast Hundred Burning Barrage
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: By coating their limbs with fire chakra the user is able to deliver a blaze of fast and unpredictable attacks mimicking a raging fire, each one capable of inflicting severe burns on an unprotected target. In case of multiple successful strikes the technique has been known to simply burn through flesh.
