Well senseis...i am asking 4 a sensei 2 weeks ago

That happened cause people who were called "senseis" here before, decided to secretly stop training people to kill Naruto RP. I didn't know. But i do now, and they are handled and gone. I am sorry you had training problems but as you saw 3 more senseis were added yday and i started training people again, so i am sure you will be able to continue your training from now on normally.

Well i feel that things are still okay here. The Mods and Senseis are also human beings who have their own schedules in real life , so we cant expect them to be around here to solve problems 24/7 . But having another few more Sensei's wont hurt , since you can lighten the burden of those who are teaching many students.

I can honestly say that I wasn't one of those senseis. Personally, I don't think any sensei stopped training people in order to kill the Naruto RP.

I don't remember any of them being re-ranked chuunin, including myself, and even so, isn't there the possibility that they got better? We did have those rules for around 3-4 months. If someone can't increase their skill in 3-4 months then... wow.
