im saying this b/c if u see nero hes working his butt off with 3 ppl at a time

a mod b/c the bio i have see no new bio good and go

i dont know wat ya say but im saying wat got to be told

And im okay with the work I want to pass the others and get up to SYs status so there is no need for this thread except for the mod issue

:/ izunas not really a sensei anymore...last time i look...and banned....

They aren't mods because they were sensei's or their post count...They are mods because they know how NB works and have been here a long time, and they always follow the rules...

i do too sorta, but i think that because i havnt been here that long...it wouldnt work xd
though i havnt been banned once and havnt had one infraction...i think thats pretty good. lol.

especially rag xD

and no here i have to disagree first about the sensei's the only reason he is working so hard is because there is no other sensei on at the moment (do to the fact that it is late)

and another mod not really there is rei and bianca 2 Smods there is grimm then rag roku and caliborn that makes 6 which is a lot why bio's are left open well u cant expect them to look every second for bio's when they see one and see it needs improvement they tell the member who made it and then they wait for the member to notify them that the bio has been fixed thats the way it works

We have 2 more sensei applications, Goro and Grim will check them and decide if they are going to become senseis.

as for the moderators, atm Grim and Rag are busy so they can't be online much. But they will be both back next week.

and finally, only the admins decide who is going to become a moderator and they don't have to be senseis first xD
