No she's not really FAT. I'd say she's more chunky than fat, probably explains why she can't dance & doesn't move about too much?
She could do with shedding a few pounds & her choice of clothes doesn't help her look nor does her hair colour out of a bottle or the fake tan from a bottle of woodstain.

It's sad to see how the standards and criteria have changed in the last years. 15 years ago, we would even call her a bit too slim.
I don't find her beautiful at all, sorry Effie
I think she's normal but her clothes make her look chunky plus she is radiating out an aura like "look at me, I am sexy" -most singers do that- and to me that seems pretty cheap and a huge turn off.
