To think that i could be the online that could stop him from doing something bad and get banned...and i wasn`t there at the right time.

1. It's I'm.
2. There is never a coma before words like but or and.
3. You failed to use a single period.
4. Quite wasn't necessary in that statement.
5. I may not be that good. Not "I may be not that good."

I don't pretend to be a grammar genius, because I am not. However you completely failed right there and I thought it necessary to point it out.
