There's also the fact that the Uchiha Clan kept inbreeding, leading to the mental defects in later generations (Fugaku wasn't a very smart leader - Sasuke made some pretty stupid decisions - Itachi could have found a better solution - Obito decided to take over the world just because this girl he knew died.)

This was explained, its all cause of their emotional sensitivity not inbreeding.
If inbreeding causes sharingan people would consider it.

I do not agree, as Uchiha and both Senju died in great numbers during times of wars. Not such Uchiha. This is explained thoroughly during Hahsirama's flash backs. They were living in sizable numbers as a police force.

Itachi killed the entire police force and remaining Uchiha (except his brother and Obito) in a few hours of night. They werent many, i would guess Itachi killed about 200 Uchiha or less. Both clans, Senju and Uchiha where flawed, ergo they did not survive. Natural selection.

Karin is still livin.. naruto is a cross breed..nagato was pushing it... tsunade is part uzumaki.

How is a politically motivated matter ... natural selection? They should have been around 300, given that Obito had 58 eyes and Danzo had them as well. Sharingan is rare amongst Uchihas anyway, so, the number should be around this.

Everything is natural selection. People are a part of nature, and people's nature (greed, war, fighting, power, revenge etc) comes to play. The Uchiha where destined to die out even if the massacre didn't happen. 300 is not enough. Darwins rule of 6000 people at least (50-50% woman/men) to make a lineage survive comes to play. The Massacre just hurried the process. The Uchiha along with Senju, Uzemaki are dead lineages. No matter what.
