There are three, i repeat THREE remaining Uchiha on the entire planet. Even before the massacre there where few left. They used to be thousands and thousands. But slowly died out.

Reason: War lust - Recklessness - Revenge mentality. This is not a winning combination, thus they died out.
It's natural selection. The strongest survive.

Even if Sasuke does live on, he must breed with a non-uchiha. And thus his lineage will fade into nothing after a couple of generations.

So fact = Uchiha are a dead lineage.

So what? The kaguya clan also vanished with kimimaro's death. The sharingan is not a factor anymore, so Uchiha or any other specific clan's existence is not required by the plot. A new clan with better technique will always emerge and replace extinct clans

I do not agree, as Uchiha and both Senju died in great numbers during times of wars. Not just Uchiha. This is explained thoroughly during Hahsirama's flash backs. They were living in sizable numbers as a police force, whilst the Senju had died out completely. Before you bring out Tsunade, I need to point it out that she's not a Senju but a hybrid.
