idk when watching the kakuzu fight kakuzu was using all his
A rank jutsus and stuff and then kakshi said no one could preform these level jutsus unless they had an affinity :O and i noticed sum people on NB use S rank every element so i suggest we put limits and you can only get one affinity all other elements you use must be B rank or lower

I agree with TOBI! I think that many battles focus on spamming strong jutsus with to counter their opponent.
B-C-D Rank Jutsus should be used more often. And the A and S Rank Jutsus sparingly.

i agree with you.... while i dont know much about the battle system on NB since i only come here to discus the manga... but none the less i agree with you any normal shinobi only has one or 2 MABY3 at max afinitys only reason kasuku had so many was cuz of his hearts and whatnot... only "gods" can have more than 2 or so afinitys and since this is naruto base fan site and not shinobi god battle arena site i am in full support of your sudgestion

My suggestion is.

The main element is a really important decision since it will be your stronggest element.

- Can only create costums jutsus of your main element
- can use up to Forbbiden techniques

The second element will still be strong, but not as powerfull.

- Can use up to S rank tech

The 3rd element will be the one who enhance the other 2.

- Can use up to A rank tech

The others will be your weakest jutsus.

- Can only use up to B

Well its reallty but there rules that wouldnt apply to some clan's the uchiha that can use all fire jutsu because its part of there keke genkai and there true own element that can use as they like because if not sasuke wouldnt be able to use chidori and stuff.

And pain would have all five so his like kakuzu and would be able to use any jutsu of any element plus gravity.

And ice and wood users can use all jutsu of two elements plus there wood and ice

So it would be pretty confusing so it's best to stay like it is.
