I personally doubt it....it would just be pretty lame if the best mages just end up being older versions of the people we already know.....especially if these people abandoned their children to dragons....

My personal belief will be that they will just be four separate entities.....my largest crack theory would be the strongest one has ties to Mavis Vermillion....but yeah crack theory.....

Well I doubt it ; I think the dragons time traveled 400 years into the future with their apprentices i.e. Natsu,Gajeel,Wendy,Sting,Rogue

their parents are long dead
(i think Zeref might be Natsu's dad though)

I doubt that. Why them and not Wendy? Not to mention seems a bit too easy that what are the four strongest mages are also the fathers of four dragon slayers.

Also it's not even certain all of them are male, it's possible there's a female one too. Three of them seemingly had male features, but the 4th one was very unclear.

Nah doubt it but for Natsu to still have no big shot blood relatives is a bit weird, the main char usually ends up being related to someone badass' like Garp or Dragon, or Minato and Kushina, etc

Natsu only has Dragneel which is suppost to be his foster parent, I dont know how possible it is (there are many theories though) but I would like it if Natsu was related to someone like Zeref or Mavis or whatever
