Narutoverse Tier List (the correct one)

I realise a lot of people on this site don't understand Naruto power levels. So I thought i'd help a few people out.....my list might not be 100% accurate, however it's better than most I've seen. Also, just because a character is placed above someone doesn't mean they can always beat the guys below them. It just means I believe they are overall stronger.

God Tier

1. Rikudou Sennin


Demigod Tier


Edo Madara/Rinnegan Tobi/Kurama Mode Naruto/Sasuke.

I know Sasuke lacks any new feats, but it's obvious him and Naruto will be comparable in power come the end of the manga. So Sasuke is mainly based on hype. As you can I see didn't number these. so it aint in any order....They are just in the same tier.


Transcendent Tier-



Minato/Nagato/ Pain Rikudou/ Itachi

High-mid Kage Tier

10., 11., & 12. Killer B/Sandaime Raikage/Yondaime Raikage
13. Jiraiya
14. Orochimaru
15. Danzou
16. Kakashi hatake (Might go higher if gets new feats
17. Might Gai (Might go higher if gets new feats)
18. Gaara
19/20. Nidaime Tsuchikage/Nidaime Mizukage

Mid-low Kage Tier
This part is in no order.

Oonoki
Kisame
Tsunade
Kakazu
Sasori
Deidara
Kakazu
Mifune/Hanzou
Hiruzen (old)
Mei
Konan

Characters with insufficient feats not included on this list. I left out a lot of characters, because

Switch Nagato with Naruto and Sasuke.
They arent on the same level as the Rinnegan user.

3rd Raikage and Muu can be moved to the trancendent tier along with Hashirama.


Old Hiruzen, Oonoki, Kisame, Sasori and Kakuzu should be moved to the High-mid Kage Tier.

thats not how we judge characters on nb... we judge them by their prime... not after they got weakened by battle...

would you judge current kakashi? whos out of breath and chakra...


or orochimaru with no hands?
no , we take oro's hands and edo tensei into consideration...

kabuto's prime was before the war started, where at the clap of a hand he summoned the whole akatsuki and madara at a whim against tobi..

If we judge characters as you say it then we give Konan the Paper ocean tech and put her in the Demigod Tier ?

Where's Hashirama? He belongs in the transcendent tier imo.

Minato in transcendent tier and not hiruzen and hashirama? dafuq?

Anyways....

Kabuto is in the Demigod tier... are you forgetting he is the man who has madara under control? Not only madara. but at a clap of his hands he could bring forth , Nagato,itachi,muu, all of those op guys...

Just so everyone knows, I was the first person to use tiers when talking about lists of top characters.

I felt like I needed my props, so I gave them to myself.

I hope the tier system catches on.
