buys time? the fckin anime is like 100 manga chapters away and one piece is like 45 chapters behind. there is no need or excuse to have naruto fillers seriously

why does he has to buy time? just look at one piece ...they make I think 2-3-4 filler episode after one arc of 100 episodes or more !!!....not 20 fillers after 20 normal episodes
