Kakashi said in the Rasenshuriken Training that Naruto's base chakra was 4x higher than his without Kurama and Kurama tried to prevent him from using Sage Mode when Fukkasaku tried to fuse on his shoulder and he does have Kushina's Uzumaki Bloodline.

Kurama confirms this in chapter 617
