Naruto's Weapon

I like to imagine him with a katana or a big weapon, but for the time being I think a shurinken is more realistic for him, given he's wind natured.

I could see Naruto with having chakra blades like Asuma but they extend out of his handguard on his gloves (assuming that he is going to wear gloves) and then they pop out and then Naruto adds wind chakra to it to make them super sharp and long. He could call them the fox claws or something.

In japanese mythology there's some sort of legendary crow-related katana.

Personally, I think Itachi gave that to Naruto when he stuck a crow into his mouth. Naruto could channel his wind chakra through the sword to counter Sasuke's lightning sword.

Huh I didn't know that. Mabye Itachi gave him his sword. Dosen't it stick to chakra points or something.

He has such a small arsenal of jutsu, having a weapon could help alot. Its surprising that he can beat any skilled ninja with so few things. Guess its just because he gets to be underestimated so much, plus most ninja are too cocky and play with their enemies too much.

Kage bunshins, Rasengan, Rasenshuriken, Sage Arts are not small arsenal of jutsus. Those jutsus have defeated a lot of opponents, (Kiba, Neji, Gaara and Haku) and killed an akatsuki.

I believe he doesnt need a weapon, something he needs to hold, and carries around. that RS is one fine weapon, a massive wind chakra'ed Shuriken, with sharp edged wind blades, that can shred people to death.

Why need something tangible when he can make one himself?

I was wondering if Naruto would have a main weapon (not kunais or shurikens) what would it be?

He would maybe need one to counter the Kusanagi sword if he fought Sasuke.

Do you think he will never have a weapon? Maybe the Fourth's Knife that Kakashi had.

It would be cool if the frogs from Myobokuzu Mountain gave him a weapon, believing he is the child of prophecy...

What do you think?

I guess he already has a very good weapon as most dudes in the forum.

Yes, but in Bleach they need them! Some characters in Naruto are so strong that they have weapons as "something else".
