As we all know Naruto's mother was from the whirlpool village, this is just a guess but what if her bloodline limit was extreme control over water. Now if naruto surrounded his body with water then used wind to spin himself and the water round, then use flying thunder god he could fly at the enemy and impale them right through the chest killing them in one hit.
