Let's assume the gravity was still on. In teleporting to kaguya he wasn't affected by said gravity in that moment. Kaguyas' powers were neither affected, because from what we've seen it's also instantaneous (nor is it physical). SO the gravity argument is null and void because they were already in the hub dimension when Sasuke was continuing his attack to which she avoided!!
Meanwhile, Naruto, many a great distance away from her, was able to blitz and cut off an arm.
Whereas Kaguya could easily intercept Sasuke's teleportation and attack and dodge it easily from point blank, she couldn't keep up with naruto's speed and reflexes, who again, was a greater distance away from her than Sasuke
