Sasuke knocked Kaguya back for Narudo dude, read the manga.
You can't react to teleportation, she reacted to chidori attack, same with Minato and Madara.
She also has no chakra and is weak atm.

Kaguya was only able to dodge Sasuke's attack because she was able to switch dimensions. As she switched, she began to fly up, so she would move even faster when the dimension changed. In Naruto's case, she was lacking chakra making her unable to change the dimension as she did with Sasuke. There's a possibility that Naruto used his inconsistent shunshin or Sasuke teleported him to Kaguya. But Naruto's shunshin is more believable.
If you're wondering if Naruto is faster, he's not. The only thing that can be faster is his striking speed. Sasuke's S/T allows him to move instantly, Naruto hasn't shown a shunshin nor footspeed at such speeds. You also can't be faster than instantaneous, so thats out of the question and anyone who states otherwise is a moron.

It's come to my attention that you can't react to it as you can't see it but once you notice someone in front of you, you can.

Obviously, she's a bayakugan user with sensing and all that stuff.
The gravity was also still in activated too.
Endure the words and actions that take place and you'll understand why she flew and sauce and narudo...gravity has lesser toll than being directly on the ground.

Easily : Kaguya has insane flight speed but her reflexes suck.
The reason Sasuke missed was because the gravity was hindering him between the moment he appeared and the moment he tried to attack, Giving Kaguya enough time to notice his attack and dodge with insane flight speed. On the other hand, Naruto wasn't hindered by any gravity, thus Kaguya failed to notice his blitz thus she couldn't make use of her flight speed.

What she chose to affect was clearly only the area Naruto and Sasuke lied.

And here Sauce exits the affected location to score an attack.

He got pissed off from Obito's death. Also, he is in BSM or SM atleast. Im not too sure if this Rikudou mode is separate from BM mode or if Naruto is already in BM mode.

Because Naruto is faster than Sasuke.
His speed is pretty much instant with a certain range and there is no interruption as there is with Sasuke who to teleport and then attack while Naruto can just attack,

It really makes me sad that Naruto > Sasuke sadly
What does Kishi do to Sasuke!? He can't do many things right now and Naruto is just using FTG without seal, I mean come on. Why do they do that? Is this Fairy Tail now? Why is there no love at all for Sasuke even this chapter Obito said: "become Hokage at all costs" that sound like: become Hokage, so Sasuke will definitely not become Hokage. That guy didn't even apologize to Naruto or Sasuke and still thinks he can talk like that? I have nothing against him (may he R.I.P.) but dafuq, people saying Sasuke's attitude is awful but Obito's is even worse. Naruto is way too kind right now to go ape shit for such a disrespectful guy who led to most of this. Things like these really make me sad. I am not really able to like my favorite character anymore, because when he gets panel time he either says: this dont work, my eye needs to charge, or just get overwhelmed by Naruto. ._.
