Only time he got complimented in speed was when it was with Raikage.. and it wasn't about foot speed.. it was more so on an ability to dodge speed, which is again related to impulsive burst.. That is what you are not getting.

Sasuke can run rings around Naruto.. They however equal in battle, because Naruto has better reaction and reflexes.

people need to stop stating this shit all the time. when sasuke caught up to madara and sliced that was footspeed and not teleportation. madara moved out of his range so he had to catch up. with his own speed and he did briliiantly earning a speed comment from madara saying sasuke is very quick. that was all footspeed and not teleportation. you guys should read the manga.

Lmao can you show me where it shows him closing that whole distance through running? Madara commented his speed because he turned around and sasuke was right behind him, not because he saw sasuke run that whole distance at him. Sasukes teleport range has never been confirmed, madara simply assumed sasuke couldnt teleport to him. Notice how sasuke had his eye closed to rest after he "ran" to madara?
