Naruto's speed.. ehh

People who like to talk about Naruto being one of the fastest and so on. This kind of applies to most speedsters who are skilled in taijutsu.

Naruto especially...... Yes Naruto is fast... however, only on a reflex basis. He is not fast like Sasuke and etc. Who have their speed CONTROLLED.

Naruto HAS NOT mastered his speed.


KCM - dodges Raikage.. never shows that speed again in KCM

BM - saves kakashi and etc.. never shows that speed again in BM

Currently - shows quick blitzes in the start ... never shows that speed again


That is how it has always been with Naruto. Same shit with Sakura (actually its kind of worst when it comes to her). Yes Naruto has the capability of becoming the fastest.. but right now he is not the fastest. Sasuke is easily faster than Naruto when it comes to foot speed.

So Naruto fans who try to defend this point over and over.. please stop. WE ARE WRONG... Sasuke is faster than Naruto.

Sasuke would be the perfect combo for Dps/tank.

But still quite slow in speed compared to Sasuke.

Use that same logic for the juubito, jj madara, KCM Minato, and you'd arrive at the exact same conclusion: that none of them have mastered their speed. No characters other than people who's entire arsenal are strictly based on their movement speed consistently move at their top speeds.

You can't claim something true without testing both sides of the hypothesis. Naruto has displayed 0 speed feats since Ridokou mode and Sasuke has, to can't just claim Sasuke is faster without seeing Naruto's speed. Not to say you're wrong, but you're not right.

Since sasuke has limited teleport range, that means naruto is faster at longer distances.

How do you know Sasuke's speed is controlled? When did they bring that up or how did you come to this conclusion?

Im kinda confused.

I honestly believe Naruto can never be the fastest, Minato and other with instant movement are the fastest simply because they move instantly. Only 2 people have dodged the Raikage. Minato and Naruto.

Reflex speed is the combination of seeing an unexpected incoming attack and thinking of a strategy and using the strat to counter or dodge it. I think Sasuke has Naruto beat via Sharingan and basic intelligence.

Foot speed is something entirely differentand who cares these guys throw fire balls, fly and reduce each other to dust. A foot race isnt important.

I do agree that the series can be inconsistent and that where a lot of arguments come from.

Naruto needs the Kyuubi's chakra to surpass Sasuke in speed. Even in the part 1 days Sasuke was faster same goes for part 2 when they're both in base form.

Nowadays you see Naruto using Kyuubi's chakra to enhance his speed and blitz on one occasion but doesn't the next, its confusing AF.
